Is Martell a kind of wine?
Old Martell wine
Martell Island, located in the Atlantic Ocean 535 miles southwest of Lisbon, is an island 36 miles long from east to west and 14.5 miles long from north to south. When the captain of Prince Henry 14 18 discovered the island, he only saw a huge forest at first sight, so he changed the name of the island. Later, the Sarkozy family and their associates set fire to part of the forest for reclamation. Because the forest was not disconnected, the fire spread all the way and burned for 7 years before it was put out. At this time, the whole island has turned to dust, but it has created fertile land, enabling it to grow excellent grapes and become the raw material for brewing Martell wine.
At first, it was planted with MarHuaxi subspecies grape, which was used to brew ordinary red wine. By the end of 15, the wine brewed here has been exported to Britain and France. Thanks to Shakespeare's appreciation and the island's position on the Atlantic route, the port of Mount Finchard has become the center of wine brewing and trade. Martell's wine is more famous.
1704 After brandy was brewed here, the brewing method of bowl wine was started, and a new Martell wine was brewed by adding brandy, which also won praises all over the world.
There is a vineyard on the north coast of the island, and one on the east coast and one on the south coast. Although it is confined to a small area, it is necessary to grow all kinds of grapes in this small area. Only fully ripe grapes will be picked and put into a big wooden press. Six people were crushed in three rows. When they are completely rotten, they move a big stone to the center of the press with a wooden propeller, and then rotate the wooden propeller to completely crush the crushed grapes into juice.
This ancient method can also drop the pear-shaped part covering the inside of the peel into the juice, from which Martell's main bouquet comes, which is better than the new method.
Now, "Martell" has become a valuable wine, world-renowned. However, because the production area is only a small island, the output can only reach about one-sixth of the bowl of wine, which is in short supply and the price naturally rises. There are four types of "Martell", but they all have a common feature, that is, they have a mellow wine fragrance and a subtle and strong noble character. As for its storage, it is the highest among all wines. Martell takes an average of 100 years to mature, but other wines do not.
Martell has four different kinds of wines, which are classified according to grape varieties, and the names of wines are named after grape varieties. They are:
Cerciat 'er, an excellent aperitif, has the strongest flavor, golden and bright color, which can be compared with Fen Nocelli wine, but it has a completely different special aroma, and all people in the industry admire it. But the output is the least, so it is not easy to buy.
Pale red, this is an excellent aperitif, moderately strong, slightly heavy, with obvious bitterness, amber, but sweeter than "Cerciat".
Baoyaer, this is an after-dinner wine with moderate sweetness, smooth taste, excellent wine aroma and slightly dark gold. Best served with cakes.
Malvaya, this wine has a good aroma. It is a very sweet after-dinner wine, comparable to Martell and sweet bowl.
"Martell" and "pot wine" are both excellent wines representing grape buds, but the output is extremely small, and the two together can only account for more than 2% of the total output of grape bud wine.
