Detailed rules for individual members of Zhejiang Photographers Association

According to the Constitution of Zhejiang Photographers Association, which was adopted by the 6th Congress of Zhejiang Photographers Association in October 20 10, 165438 10, "the association practices individual membership and group membership", "Anyone who agrees with the Constitution is engaged in photography creation, research, criticism, editing and publishing, education and organization in Zhejiang Province. Voluntary written application to Zhejiang Photographers Association, recommended by two members, recommended by local photographers association or provincial units and units where the army is located, audited by the secretariat of Zhejiang Photographers Association, and approved by the office meeting of the secretariat of Zhejiang Photographers Association, these rules are formulated.

I. Individual application conditions

1. All applicants should meet one of the following basic conditions:

(1) Bachelor degree or above in photography, engaged in photography practice for more than 2 years;

(2) After special photography education, he has been engaged in photography practice for more than 3 years;

(3) Having no photography education and engaged in photography practice for more than 5 years.

The "photography practice" mentioned here includes photography organization, photography creation, photography theory research, photography teaching, photo editing, book publishing and so on.

2. Applicants engaged in photography creation shall meet one of the following conditions:

(1) In the Zhejiang Photography Art Exhibition sponsored by Zhejiang Photographers Association, more than two works were selected;

(2) More than 4 works were selected twice in other provincial photography competitions sponsored by Zhejiang Photographers Association;

(3) Hosted by Zhejiang Photographers Association, individual film exhibition or individual work seminar;

(4) His works have been selected and won prizes in previous national photographic art exhibitions and previous international photographic art exhibitions organized by China Photographers Association;

(5) The work won awards in other major competitions or activities, and it has certain influence in the industry;

(6) Two or more works won silver prizes in the annual exhibition sponsored by members of Zhejiang Photographers Association.

(7) Holding a solo exhibition on the website of Zhejiang Photographers Association;

3. Applicants engaged in theoretical research on photography should meet one of the following conditions:

(1) The thesis was selected into the excellent works of the National Photography Theory Seminar organized by China Photographers Association.

(2) Photographic articles have won excellent papers in theoretical seminars organized by Zhejiang Photographers Association;

(3) Publishing academic monographs on related photography theories;

4. Applicants engaged in photography education shall meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Engaged in full-time photography education, with intermediate title or above;

(2) Contribute to the cultivation of photography talents and have a certain influence in the industry.

5. To apply for photo editing and book publishing, one of the following conditions shall be met:

(1) Engaged in relevant work for more than 3 years, with intermediate title or above;

(2) Contribute to photo editing and book publishing, and have a certain influence in the industry.

6. To apply for photography organization, one of the following conditions shall be met:

(1) Engaged in full-time photography institutions for more than 3 years, with certain achievements;

(2) The organization has outstanding performance and has certain influence in the industry.

7. Those who have won the China Photography Award, Zhejiang Photography Award and other awards can register.

8. Anyone who has made other contributions to Zhejiang photography can sign up.

II. Submission of materials and application procedures

1. Submission

(1) Anyone who meets the above basic conditions and voluntarily joins the Zhejiang Photographers Association shall fill in the membership application form, and two members of the Zhejiang Photographers Association shall sign the introduction opinions and sign the application form (two 2-inch standard photos are required);

(2) If the applicant is engaged in photography creation, submit 6 photos of himself (10 inch) and valid certification materials for winning the prize, being selected and being published;

(three) to apply for engaging in theoretical research, education, photo editing and book publishing of photography, and submit valid certification materials;

(4) Applicants engaged in photography organization should be provided with written opinions on their work performance by the member units or relevant units of their group, and submit 6 photos of themselves (1 0 inch);

(5) The materials provided by the applicant shall be true, effective and detailed.

2. Application procedures

(1) The applicant's materials shall be summarized by the photographer's association in the local area, and the application form shall be signed and sealed, and submitted to the secretariat of Zhejiang Photographers' Association;

(2) The materials of the applicants of the People's Liberation Army and the Armed Police Force stationed in Zhejiang Province shall be signed and sealed on the registration form by their units and submitted to the Secretariat of Zhejiang Photographers Association;

(three) the applicant of the provincial and central units in Zhejiang stamped the official seal on the application form and submitted the materials to the secretariat of Zhejiang Photographers Association;

(4) Applicants who cannot be recommended by group members for special reasons are introduced by two directors of Zhejiang Photographers Association, and I submit the materials to the secretariat of Zhejiang Photographers Association.

Three. Examination and approval method

1. The office meeting of the Secretary General of Zhejiang Photographers Association is responsible for approving new members.

2. Approval procedure:

(1) The resident staff of Zhejiang Photographers Association is responsible for reviewing the membership application materials. If the application materials are not in conformity with the provisions of these Rules, the resident personnel shall have the right to require the applicant to submit supplementary materials.

(2) The office meeting of the Secretary-General of Zhejiang Photographers Association shall be reviewed and approved according to the materials submitted by the applicant and various conditions of the applicant (meeting the conditions specified in these Rules only means that the applicant is eligible to apply for membership).

Four. membership fee

1. The membership fee is 40 yuan every year, and 200 yuan can be paid in one lump sum for five years. Membership dues of individual members are directly remitted to Zhejiang Photographers Association. Those who have not paid their membership dues for five consecutive years shall be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn from the meeting.

2. After receiving the notice of membership, the new members are required to pay the membership card fee, art archives production and internet access fee and related fees *** 100 yuan, which can be directly remitted to Zhejiang Photographers Association. After receiving the money, Zhejiang Photographers Association will go through the relevant procedures and issue membership cards.

The right to interpret these rules belongs to Zhejiang Photographers Association.
