After the DV camera shoots the video, it plays it on the computer, and the picture of the moving lens appears ripple, but it is not recorded.

When such a problem occurs, you can know that you are using a tape DV camera. When SHV tape DV camera is in shooting mode, the LCD screen displays the signals collected by CCD or CMOS, while the recording is written on the DV video tape with a magnetic drum, and the paths are different, so the shooting phenomenon you mentioned will not be displayed on the LCD screen. The ripple problem of tape DV camera is a common problem for tape photographers. There may be two reasons for this problem:

1。 The track setting of the camera drum is incorrect. Please refer to the camera manual to adjust the track setting of the roller, which is applicable to all roller cameras.

2。 The drum is blocked. The blockage of the magnetic drum generally means that the magnetic powder of the magnetic tape falls off after the magnetic drum has been used for a long time, is stuck by the high-speed rotating magnetic drum, and then is blunted. If it hasn't been used for a long time, or just appeared, just play it on a new tape. If it is used for a long time, it is recommended to use a cleaning belt to clean the drum.

I hope it helps you.
