Simple indoor basketball game shooting notes

Simple indoor basketball game, because of the influence of light, shooting is very difficult. These two days, I took three pictures in a row. In my personal shooting experience, I have to master two tricks, adjusting the data and locking the target.

The shooting venue is the county-level indoor basketball court. The first day was cloudy with light rain. Although there is light in the room, it is still dark. After arriving at the scene, I tried to take two pictures, and the effect was not very good. So I installed an external flash.

Shutter is preferred for shooting mode. The sensitivity is automatic, and the shutter is selected between 1/200 and 1/250 (the online barista said to choose 1/500 to freeze the action, but the light was too dark, so it was low first), and spot metering (this is a wrong choice, so you should choose average metering or key area metering, because this scene is mostly a snapshot. )

I shot big scenes (including banners), middle scenes and close-ups. Looking back at the photos immediately after shooting, I found that if the flash is too low and aimed directly at the athletes, the athletes in front will be very pale and the athletes behind will be very dark. Later, I tried to adjust the angle and raised the flash a little bit, instead of flashing directly to the shooting scene. Found that the effect is not bad.

Shooting is mainly the shooting of the shooter, blocking the ball and using continuous shooting 3. The effect is not bad.

Close-up I tried to capture the athletes' expressions, some difficult moves to grab the ball, and jumped up and shouted excitedly when throwing the ball successfully, but almost all failed. Some people grasp the action, but there are too many manic points, some people move in vain, the shutter speed is not enough, some are dark, and the metering is not accurate.

The third scene was filmed around 4 pm the next day. The weather is fine, the sun shines through the window, and the indoor light is greatly improved. Because the referee said that using the flash would affect the pitching, it was useless at all. This time, I focused on close-ups, trying to get close to the racket and hitting the referee several times. But I didn't get a good film, some caught the action and the quality of the film was not good. Some are still inaccurate in measurement.

1. At the beginning, I followed the athletes all over the stadium and found that the photos were easily burned. Later, I first chose the right position to construct the picture, just waiting for the athletes to enter the camera, quickly press the shutter and take a continuous snapshot. After reading the photos, the success rate is higher.

2. The shooting contents include: on-site and off-site. The venue includes athletes' running, shooting, dunking, grabbing, dribbling, passing and judging. Off-site includes spectators, cheerleaders, athletes' encouragement, waiting tidbits and so on. Scorecard; Take a photo after the game.

1. If you shoot a basketball game in the Olympic Games, you don't need to consider the white balance of the lens, and automatic white balance is enough. If you are in a simple basketball stadium, you can use the grey board to predict the white balance.

2. The basketball game is in a high-speed movement. Therefore, in order to freeze the wonderful moment, the shutter speed of the camera should reach 1/500 seconds or more. According to the illumination of the stadium, improve ISO appropriately, and choose a large-caliber lens to make the shutter speed meet the requirements.

3. You can use the high-speed continuous shooting function of the camera to find the best posture of the athletes. The camera should also focus quickly and accurately, and try to use the continuous tracking and focusing function.

4, choose the best shooting angle, sitting near the bottom line may be the best choice.

5. Watch the films shot by sports reporters and summarize the better pictures to imitate the shooting.
