Visiting universities in Nanjing, Shanghai, Xiamen and Guangzhou in the summer vacation of sophomore year. Last semester, I visited Yuguang Gold Lead, Jiyuan Steel Plant and Jinma Coking. Research travel is combined with what students have learned and with their study life, that is, travel and study are enjoyable.

Tourism route design

The purpose of this study tour is to let students know about power generation and transmission, and understand the occupation of power industry. Based on the local reality, we made the following route design: after lunch, gather, take photos and get on the bus at 12: 50, and leave at 13: 00. The first stop is the Science and Technology Museum on the third floor of the Science and Technology Museum, which mainly visits the electromagnetic induction power generation and transmission model for 30 minutes. The second power station is a small hydropower station in Hekoucun Reservoir, which takes water from Mang Canal in Ji Qin. Because the drop is large, reaching108m, it has high efficiency and high power. There are two places to visit, one is the upstream diversion canal and water intake, and the other is the downstream power plant, generator and transformer. The two cars visited two locations in two hours. The third stop is two substations: He Sui Substation, which is the most integrated and unattended substation in Jiyuan. Jinghua substation is the earliest and largest substation in Jiyuan, and its power transmission and transformation structure is clearly visible. The time is two hours. The tour lasts for four and a half hours, leaving half an hour of excitement. It is planned to end at six o'clock. The whole tour route is the First Ring Road, Jiyuan No.1 Middle School-Stupid Highway-Science and Technology Museum-Stupid Highway-North Ring Road-Line 2-Hydropower Station-He Sui Substation-Line 4-West Ring Road. All the way is a wide avenue, which is very suitable for bus driving.
