Planning Scheme of Children's Photography Flagship Store for Children's Day in 2007

The theme of the first activity: "Let's gather bits and pieces and share good times"-the first large-scale activity of parenting education!

Two. Purpose of the activity:

Witness the strength of our store in person, so as to quickly establish our brand image in Fuzhou and increase turnover! & lt3> In this way, we can show the corporate culture, corporate style and corporate philosophy of our store to the public in a more comprehensive and in-depth way.

< 3 > Build a platform for each parent to communicate, learn and educate their children, and provide an opportunity for each participating parent to make new friends. Our store can also take this opportunity to know what parents want to give their children and what our store is doing in those aspects, so as to continuously improve our service quality and possibly open up new business opportunities and new children's markets!

Venue: Multifunctional Hall, 3rd floor, Wanfuwa Children's Photography Flagship Store.

Five activity objects: _ _ Mommy Group and special guests of Wan Fuwa! The customer department has reserved a certain number of customers who will come to the store to participate in this activity in advance! ) (divided into 0-3 years old infants; 3-6 years old preschool stage; 6- 10 school stage three stages)

Organizer: Wanfuwa Children's Photography Flagship Store, with alliance merchants such as Mommy Group as co-organizers.

Activity arrangement: (1) The sales department is responsible for welcoming guests; Customer service department is responsible for guest sign-in, on-site hosting of activities and logistics related work.

(2) The site layout is designed by the planning department, the digital department is responsible for the production of publicity pages, and the photography department is responsible for providing the required materials!

(3) The photography department is responsible for the souvenir shooting project in the activity.

(4) On-site activities and venue layout: "Beautiful Angel &; S226 Lucky Baby > During the activity, every baby who comes to the store will get a beautiful gift from the little angel! (Gifts: small cartoon electric fan, small flashlight, small cartoon puzzle, balloon, etc. ) and prepare some sweets and drinks! (prizes are implemented in warehouse management), balloon arches, banners, etc!

VIII. Activity Flow: (1) First, please ask the store manager to take the stage to make an opening speech to announce the official start of the activity!

(2) the host announced the sequence of activities and matters needing attention. The activity is divided into four parts, each part has 25 points, and the total score is 100. Including baby show show, quiz, sports (healthy) baby, family mobilization!

1) First of all, there will be an opening dance in our store (XX is in charge).

2) Baby show show: Every participating family lets their baby star in a program that can sing, dance, tell stories and so on! Graded by our special guests

3) Quiz: Our host asked some very simple questions such as astronomy, geography, common sense, simple arithmetic, etc. Let the babies guess from the three answers A, B and C in the form of multiple-choice questions, thus realizing the form of rushing to answer! Finally, according to the number of questions that the baby answers correctly, the first question gets full marks, the second question gets 20 points, and so on!

4) Sports (healthy) baby: similar to baby crawling competition!

5) Family mobilization: moving balloons. Within the specified time, the baby's father is responsible for inflating the balloon, and the baby's mother is responsible for tying the balloon and guiding the baby to move it to the destination. Finally, according to the number of balloons moved by the baby, give the winner full marks, the second one gives 20 points, and so on!

6) After the activity, parents and babies can be organized to leave blessings on the wishing tree at our door! (The activities are basically the same as Mother's Day)

9. Select projects and awards.

(1) Each link generates an award, that is, the first baby winner in the first link gives the honorary title of "Charming Baby" and the corresponding prize; In the second part, the first baby winner awarded the honorary title of "Smart Baby" and the corresponding prizes; In the third link, the first baby winner gave the honorary title of "Health (Sports) Baby" and the corresponding prizes; In the fourth link, the first family winner gave the honorary title of "Happy Family" and the corresponding prizes!

(2) Take out the top three families according to the total score from high to low, and give the first, second and third honorary certificates and corresponding prizes respectively! (The prizes are provided by Wan Fuwa and Mommy Group. )
