Chengdu International Auto Show is the largest and most influential automobile exhibition event in western China, and it is also one of the most important automobile events in China. If you want to participate in this Chengdu International Auto Show, you need to meet the following conditions before you can apply for a media license:

202 1 Conditions for Media Registration of Chengdu International Auto Show

If you meet any of the following conditions, you are eligible to apply for a media card for this auto show:

1. Persons who hold a press card issued by the General Administration of Press and Publication of the People's Republic of China and are within the validity period.

2. Persons with qualification certificates issued by publications approved by the General Administration of Press and Publication of the People's Republic of China.

3. Relevant personnel holding resident journalist cards issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China; China employees of foreign news media must hold China employee cards issued by relevant departments.

4. Holders of press cards issued by foreign governments must hold valid passports and J-2 visas.

5. Hong Kong and Macao journalists should hold an interview certificate issued by the All-China Journalists Association.

6. Journalists from Taiwan Province Province must apply to the Taiwan Province Affairs Office of the Municipal People's Government for an interview in Chinese mainland, and an interview certificate will be issued after acceptance.

7. Radio and television reporters and production company personnel who can show their work permits and interview the original official letter of Chengdu International Auto Show.

8. Relevant personnel of Internet publications owned by news associations or publishing companies; Relevant personnel who can prove to work for relevant online publications; This Internet publication needs a dedicated channel related to Chengdu International Auto Show.

9. Freelance writers, editors and photographers appointed by regular newspapers, TV stations and radio stations must submit a formal power of attorney signed by the principal of the entrusting unit and stamped with the official seal, and prove that they are responsible for the relevant exhibition matters (the copy is invalid), or provide screenshots and links of relevant automobile articles published in books, magazines and the Internet. The power of attorney of the advertising company/media company is invalid.

10. Media personnel invited by participating auto companies should hold the original named invitation letter (anonymous invitation letter and copy are invalid). The invitation letter of the automobile company must be written with the name of the invited reporter and stamped with the official seal of the company. If the invitation letter of the participating automobile enterprises is in the form of e-mail, the participating automobile enterprises must submit the list of all invited media reporters to the Chengdu International Auto Show Organizing Committee in advance. The Organizing Committee of Chengdu International Auto Show does not accept the list submitted by public relations companies, advertising companies and other institutions.

Editors and relevant staff of self-media accounts (including but not limited to websites, clients, official accounts of WeChat, Weibo and Tik Tok) with the company as the main body need to upload the original letter of introduction (stamped with the official seal, and the copy is invalid), personal business cards and screenshots of publicity reports in the automobile industry (signed with reading or reprinting).

12. Personal self-media accounts (including but not limited to websites, clients, official WeChat accounts, Weibo, Tik Tok and other forms of individual contributors) must have more than 654.38 million fans/followers and read/reprinted more than 50,000 times. Push updates at least 5 times a month; Need to upload screenshots of publicity reports about the automobile industry (signed and including reading or reprinting). For self-media accounts operated by individuals, the total number of applications for a single account shall not exceed 4 in principle; Car account, exclusive shooting of short videos such as luxury cars, Weibo account, photographer, photography association, etc. Media identity that does not belong to the automobile industry.

13. Online media should upload screenshots and personal business cards of publicity reports on the automobile industry, submit the original letter of introduction with the company's official seal and name, and indicate that they are responsible for the coverage of Chengdu International Auto Show.
