Brief introduction

Xiao was born in Cangnan County, Zhejiang Province,1June 1968. 1980 graduated from Zhejiang yueqing teachers college majoring in fine arts, 1992 graduated from journalism department of Wuhan university. Member of Jiu San Society, member of the Standing Committee of Cangnan County Political Consultative Conference, currently deputy director and deputy research librarian of Cangnan County Cultural Center. Member of China Photographers Association, China Art Photography Association, china portrait photography society, Zhejiang Popular Science Art Creation Association, Zhejiang Art Photography Research Association, Wenzhou Photographers Association, Wenzhou Artists Association and Taiwan Province China Photography Association.
