Can media companies hold training courses?

You can't. Offering remedial classes belongs to the business scope of education companies, and the business scope of cultural communication companies generally includes:

1, cultural and artistic exchange planning, stage art modeling planning, corporate image planning, conference services, exhibition services, design and production of various advertisements.

2. Cultural and artistic exchange planning (except intermediary), stage art modeling planning, corporate image planning, marketing planning, enterprise management consulting, business information consulting, graphic design and production, conference services, exhibition services, etiquette services, photography services, sales of clothing, shoes and hats, furniture, toys, daily necessities, wood products and plastic products. (If administrative license is involved, it shall be operated with the license).

Provisions on the administration of registration of business scope of enterprises:

Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the relevant laws and administrative regulations for the purpose of regulating the administration of registration of business scope of enterprises, regulating business activities of enterprises and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises.

Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to enterprises registered in People's Republic of China (PRC).

Article 3 The business scope refers to the business scope of an enterprise registered by the enterprise registration authority according to law.
