Second, activity sharing and harvest

Today is the first time for most of our friends to attend the offline onion reading club, and it is also the first time for many people to attend the lawn reading club. When Rachel, an expert in aesthetic lifestyle, took out plates of elaborately made snacks, fruits, elaborately decorated Christmas trees, floral art and an attractive large pot of fruit tea, I began to wonder if I was on the wrong set. Haha ~ ~ ~ Under the ritual sense of sunshine, grass, refreshments, placemats, flowers, Christmas garlands and lovely "cartoon onions", our reading is full of beauty and beauty.

We have met many new partners, each with his own strong points. Some are good at photography, some are university teachers, some are life gourmets, and some are action partners. They all come from different fields and love learning. What impressed me most was the execution of my friends ivanka and Jessica. I heard that they decided on this idea on Thursday, and began to design recruitment in the afternoon, and started directly on Saturday afternoon! Under the infection of efficient action and positive enthusiasm, the activity quickly gathered 10 people, and the strong execution made people have to worship! !

Today's reading club partners have different identities, including students from the onion reading club, students from the PR image reading club, and partners who are simply interested in reading. So, after ivanka and I shared the inspiration and influence of onion reading and PR reading, I also shared the structure and usage of Jiugongge notes with my friends (in the picture, I shared Jiugongge notes on IPAD). Some friends also shared some experiences of RIA post-it notes and format, feeling that there are more opportunities to broaden their knowledge boundaries in the field of learning, which is also one of the greatest charms of offline reading clubs.

Third, the direction of activity optimization

The activity process is complete and attentive. Every little friend present spontaneously helped to arrange, shoot and clean up. This is really a wonderful sharing meeting. However, we are all friends who pursue Excellence, so I also put forward some suggestions from my own observation and experience:

1. Site location

It is suggested that when choosing a site, you can step on the site in advance to determine the address, and send the road guide map (the specific schematic diagram of how to get to the destination after leaving the station) and positioning to the students, which can shorten the time for everyone to gather.

2. Site materials

Because there are many mosquitoes in the venue, it is suggested to bring a bottle of mosquito repellent or remind everyone to bring their own mosquito repellent, and bring an extra pack of paper towels and wet paper towels for later use.

3. Partners know each other

You can let everyone know each other in advance in the group, let everyone match the name with the real person on the spot, or put a famous card on each partner on the spot, so that everyone can remember each other's names. It would be more fun if we could design some warm-up matches. At the same time, I suggest you can also try to introduce yourself through MTV.

Choose a clear theme

It is suggested that the theme of reading club suitable for all participants should be selected in advance and shared and communicated according to the theme content.

Because more than half of my friends didn't attend onion reading and PR today, they didn't know the goal of 100, so they didn't feel very integrated in the sharing process. I suggest that before sharing today's topic, you can let everyone know what onion reading is and what 100-day sailing plan is. Or just change a topic that is directly related to everyone.

5. Timetable

Originally scheduled for 14:30- 17:00. Later, because everyone was very enthusiastic, the activity ended at 6 o'clock. It is suggested that the reading part can be completed at home in advance, and it takes nearly 1 hour to read alone on the spot. Because it was dark outside, I didn't have time to share Jiugongge after reading it. The reading links and time are reserved for students to read at home and share the output directly on the spot.

At sunset, with beautiful scenery and laughter, our lawn reading club came to a perfect end.
