Where is Calbee cereal made?

They are all imported from Japan. You can look at the factory code marked on the back of the cereal packaging. A represents the Kyoto factory, C represents the Chitose factory, S the Hokkaido factory, and K the Kagoshima factory. The products currently sold in the Tmall flagship store are basically produced by the Kyoto factory.
