Urumqi hukou, passport processing process, acceptance time, what documents are there?

The applicant himself holds the household registration book, the original ID card (copy submitted), the original invitation letter and envelope from abroad, and two photos of special passports (it is recommended to take photos at the north gate), and goes to the Exit-Entry Administration Office of Urumqi Public Security Bureau (opposite to Nanhu Municipal Government) to handle it.
