The Foreign Affairs Department of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television is responsible for approving CCTV, Radio International, CCTV (3) and units directly under the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television to receive foreign journalists to shoot in China or to review the shooting projects of ordinary foreign journalists according to the authorization of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television; Review and sign the issues of reporting and shooting in China by radio and television reporters received by other ministries and relevant units. ?

Foreign radio and television reporters and practitioners who come to China for interviews and filming, or apply for temporary cross-provincial interviews and filming, shall be examined by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and reported to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for approval. Those who only go to Guangdong and Shanghai for radio and television interviews and filming shall be examined and approved by the Foreign Affairs Office of the local provincial people's government and reported to the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television for the record. ?

In order to ensure that radio and television reporters and practitioners from catering countries come to China to cover and shoot, each reception unit should send an application for covering and shooting to the Foreign Affairs Department of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television two weeks ago, and attach letters and telegrams agreed by Chinese embassies, consulates, foreign affairs offices of municipalities directly under the Central Government and relevant interviewed units as required. Interviews in closed areas must also obtain the consent of the relevant military departments. ?

About Hong Kong and Macao TV reporters coming to the Mainland for coverage, it is still implemented in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Hong Kong and Macao TV Institutions Coming to the Mainland to Shoot TV Feature Films jointly issued by the the State Council Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office, the National Tourism Administration, the General Administration of Customs and the Ministry of Radio, Film and Television. If you go to Guangdong, Hainan, Fujian and Shanghai to shoot, it will be accepted and approved by the local authorities through the Hong Kong Branch and Macao Branch of Xinhua News Agency. If you go to other places for filming, the Hong Kong Branch and Macao Branch of Xinhua News Agency will report to the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television for approval. ?

About Taiwan TV practitioners coming to Chinese mainland to shoot, it is still implemented according to the Measures for the Administration of Taiwan TV Practitioners Coming to Chinese mainland to Shoot Programs issued by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, the Central Propaganda Office of the Ministry of Radio, Film and Television, the Ministry of Public Security and the General Administration of Customs. Taiwan TV institutions shall apply to China Radio, Film and Television Exchange Association, which shall be examined and approved by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. ?

Photographic equipment carried by overseas photography teams can go through the formalities of temporary duty-free release with the approval of the Foreign Affairs Department of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television or the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office, and with the guarantee or deposit issued by the reception unit.
