On the first day of September this year, we are trying to experience a German horse brand CrossContact? AX6 tires, driving a Land Rover, found from Lijiang to Shangri-La. This is a very relaxing road trip, and we can slowly visit the beautiful scenery of Lijiang and Shangri-La.

Last issue, we stayed in Lijiang for two days. Although Old Town of Lijiang has been commercialized, it still has its unique charm. And we found that the beauty of Yulong Snow Mountain is not only the snow mountain, but also its changeable vegetation and clear water as blue as the blue sky.

On the way from Lijiang to Shangri-La, I didn't encounter any scenery for 4.5 hours, and the road conditions were not very good. On the way to the famous Tiger Leaping Gorge, the trip was tight and I didn't go in for sightseeing.

When I arrived in Shangri-La, I found that it was a place much like Tibet.

The first time I went to Yunnan, I didn't expect Shangri-La. Ten years ago, I came down from Lhasa via Yunnan, lived in Feilai Temple opposite Meili Snow Mountain, and finally arrived at Shangri-La City via Napahai.

On the second day in Shangri-La, I went to Songzanlin Temple and came again later. Now, ten years later, it is still a grand and familiar feeling to step into the gate of Songzanlin Temple again.

Songzanlin Temple is not only the largest Tibetan Buddhist temple in Yunnan, but also a very famous Tibetan Buddhist temple in China. On the one hand, because of its important position, on the other hand, because of its building-temple, built on the mountain, it looks like an old castle and is known as the "Little Potala Palace".

There is no sea in Yunnan, but you will hear many "seas" in Yunnan, Erhai Lake is one of them. Yunnan calls the lake "the sea", and Napahai, not far from Shangri-La, is a very beautiful lake and grassland.

Napahai is 3266 meters above sea level. It is very rare to see such a large lake at such a high altitude, with a water accumulation area of 660 square kilometers. This is the largest grassland in Zhongdian and one of the most scenic spots with plateau characteristics. I still remember going to Shangri-La for the first time more than ten years ago and coming down from the mountain by car. On my right is a large yellow-green prairie, and I feel like I am in another world.

After more than ten years, I once again had the opportunity to come to Napahai and drive a Land Rover to find myself walking slowly by the lake. Although I didn't see the birds such as black-necked cranes, yellow ducks and striped geese coming in autumn, I was still in a good mood.

Finally, talk about tires. It can be said that tires have the greatest influence on the comfort and off-road performance of an SUV. Although every car factory is flaunting how excellent its four-wheel drive system is, the muddy and sandy roads usually used are useless, because they are not off-road tires, but HT road tires with road and handling performance.

But this is not wrong. Nowadays people buy a luxury SUV, but they don't drive off-road. 99% of the time, they drive it with high-quality asphalt pavement.
