Emperor Guangxu's favorite princess was a photographer, who first brought photography technology to the Forbidden City. There should be many photos taken by Zhen Fei in those years, but few have been handed down from generation to generation. There are almost no photos of Emperor Guangxu left. I'm afraid they can't be explained by loss, but they are probably destroyed. A photo of Zhen Fei that we can see now was first published in 1960.
