Lishui endowment insurance problem
Generally speaking, the proportion of enterprises paying social endowment insurance premiums does not exceed 20% of total wages. The social endowment insurance rate paid by individual employees is 6% of their salary from 2002 1 month 1, and then increases by one percentage point every two years, and finally reaches 8% of their salary. With the improvement of individual contribution rate and the expansion of coverage, the proportion of enterprise contribution will gradually decrease. Employees, individual industrial and commercial households and other non-workers who have terminated their labor relations with the original enterprise after being insured shall pay social endowment insurance premiums. The payment ratio is based on the average salary of local employees in the previous year, and is paid to the local tax department according to the sum of the payment ratio of local enterprises and the individual payment ratio of enterprise employees. Among them, 1 1% is credited to personal account, and the rest goes to social pooling fund.
