brief introduction

This film is based on the true story of Ramon Sampedro, a Spaniard who fought for the solemn right to end his life for 30 years.

Raymond Sampedro (Javier Balden) is a former ship mechanic. He injured his neck in an accident, resulting in high paraplegia and was ill in bed for 30 years.
