1. The largest inhabited area of Koreans is Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in Jilin Province. In 2000, the population of Quanzhou was 22 1 10,000, including 800,000 Koreans, accounting for 4 1.6% of the total population of Koreans in China. Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is located in the east of Jilin Province, at the junction of China, Russia and North Korea, bordering Russia's Primorsky Territory in the east, facing Xianjing Road and Liangjiang Road across Tumen River in the north, and facing the Sea of Japan, North Korea and Japan.
