You can spend a day in Kunming first, take a bus to Dianchi Lake, and stop by the ethnic village.

You can take a bus to Lugu Lake or Shangri-La on the second and third days. You can take a bus at Lijiang Bus Terminal.

On the fourth day, relax in Shuhe ancient town, and then take the train back to Kunming in the evening.
