Li Shaobai, pen name less white. Male, born in February, 1939, from Ningxiang County, Hunan Province. Chairman of Changsha Federation of Literary and Art Circles, first-class writer, member of Chinese Writers Association. 1960 After graduating from Hunan No.1 Normal School, she worked in primary schools and children's palaces for more than 20 years. 1986 works in Changsha Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

Li Shaobai began to publish his literary works on 1978, which are mainly composed of children's poems, fairy tales, fables, essays, juvenile literature and lyrics. Children's poetry anthology 10 volume, such as A Doll with a Beard, A Little Tadpole Can Sing, Poems Recited by Young Pioneers, Light Green Moon, Stars and Grasses Forward, Fairy Tales, Adventures of a Big Tail, Stories of Many Silly Bears and Three Monks.

Li Shaobai's works have won more than 30 awards, including the National Excellent Children's Book Award, the Chen Bo Hammer Children's Literature Award, the Bing Xin Book Award, the Gold Award of the Stars Award of the Ministry of Culture, and the National Five-One Project Award of the Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of China.
