Studio is a euphemism for unqualified company. Since it is an embryonic company, it is not so sound.

A normal small company structure should be as follows:

Legal person (and general manager)-sales department, finance department, business department, this is the smallest structure, even the smallest company has the above characteristics.

Make-up artists and photographers can be classified as business departments, in short, people who are officers. Finance must be available, and legal persons generally don't concurrently hold the position of finance (very simple truth, executive power+financial power = management power, since it is a company, it can't be decided by one person, and there must be an internal control mechanism, otherwise others won't trust you), but it is very important to appoint cronies as finance.

The average life span of private enterprises in China is 2.9 years, and most start-ups will die of financial problems. Finance is not simply about managing money, settling accounts and filing taxes. Finance is the most important part of the whole enterprise except the business line, and it is one of the cores of management. Finance is the best means to carry out the will of leaders. Make good use of financial management companies, and the company has a bright future. Financial management is chaotic, unprincipled and even unclear. Such a company will never last for a year.

The so-called "studio" means that you can't meet the requirements of the company in the legal entity, you can't register the company, and you start a business by a few acquaintances. There is no fixed personnel expenditure, and the burden is small and the risk is high. No entity means that you have no foreign investment you can trust. Studio is a transitional form in the embryonic stage of enterprises. Once you have accumulated enough funds and resources, you will definitely embark on the road of registering companies and establishing formal enterprises in accordance with the company law.
