Reply of Guizhou Provincial People's Government on the Measures for the Administration of Surveying and Mapping Achievements Catalogue and Copies in Guizhou Province

Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of surveying and mapping results, avoid repeated surveying and mapping, and make surveying and mapping results better serve economic construction and social development. According to the relevant national laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation in our province, these measures are formulated. Article 2 These Measures shall apply to organizations and individuals engaged in surveying and mapping activities in our province. Article 3 The catalogue and copies of surveying and mapping results shall be provided free of charge. The copyright of the handed-in copies of surveying and mapping results shall be protected according to law. No department or unit may provide it to a third party. Article 4 The relevant departments of the people's governments at or above the county level and the central units stationed in Guizhou must submit the following catalogues of basic surveying and mapping and professional surveying and mapping achievements:

(a) according to the national standards and technical standards of astronomy, trigonometry, traverse, length and leveling results directory;

(2) Catalogue of gravity survey results;

(3) Catalogue of space geodesy results such as global positioning survey (GPS), Doppler positioning survey and satellite laser ranging (SLR) with solid ground signs;

(4) Catalogue of aerial photographic negatives used for surveying and mapping topographic maps of various scales and professional surveying and mapping;

(five) general maps, cadastral maps, thematic maps and various atlases (volumes) directory;

(6) 1/500 with an area exceeding1km2,11000 with an area exceeding 4 km2 and 1/2000 and 65438 with an area exceeding 50 km2.

(seven) the catalogue of digital surveying and mapping products corresponding to the scale of the sixth survey area;

(8) The geodetic control survey combined with the mapping area in Item 6, the geodetic control survey with an area of more than 50 square kilometers (including independent coordinate system) carried out separately, and the hierarchical leveling survey catalogue with a length of more than 20 kilometers;

(9) Catalogue of major surveying and mapping projects at the provincial level.

All the above catalogues are in duplicate. Fifth copies of relevant surveying and mapping results that the relevant departments of the people's governments at or above the county level and the central units in Guizhou must submit are as follows:

(1) Copies of the first, second, third and fourth astronomy, trigonometry, traverse, length, leveling results table, exhibition chart (road map), technical summary and acceptance report measured according to national benchmarks and technical standards;

(2) Gravimetric survey results table (including coordinates and elevation of gravity return point, gravity anomaly), exhibition point diagram, anomaly diagram, technical summary and copy of acceptance report;

(3) Copies of measurement results, network layout, technical summary and acceptance report of space geodesy such as global positioning survey (GPS), Doppler positioning survey and satellite laser ranging (SLR) with solid ground signs;

(four) officially printed maps, traffic and tourism maps, national thematic maps and atlases (volumes);

(five) a copy of the technical design and technical summary of the digital surveying and mapping products determined according to Item 7 of Article 4 of these Measures.

Copies submitted by Shanghai Branch are all in duplicate except the map in duplicate. Sixth surveying and mapping results directory and copy of the implementation of hierarchical management of workers. The catalogue of surveying and mapping results of various departments of the county people's government and its copies shall be submitted to the county surveying and mapping management department; County Surveying and mapping management department after the summary report to the local (state, city) Surveying and mapping management department; Land (state, city) Surveying and mapping management department shall report to the provincial administrative department of Surveying and mapping after the summary.

The catalogue of surveying and mapping achievements of A and B surveying and mapping units shall also be copied to the local surveying and mapping management department, and copied to the provincial surveying and mapping administrative department in duplicate. Seventh state, municipal people's government departments and regional administrative office of Surveying and mapping results and copies, should be submitted to the state, municipal people's government and regional administrative office of Surveying and mapping management department before the end of March next year. Around (state, city) Surveying and mapping management departments should summarize and report to the provincial administrative department of Surveying and mapping within one month.

The relevant departments directly under the provincial government and the relevant units of the central government in Guizhou should submit the catalogue and copies of the surveying and mapping achievements completed in that year directly to the provincial administrative department of surveying and mapping before the end of March of the second year. Article 8 If a foreign organization or individual is approved to conduct separate surveying and mapping in our province, the Chinese reception unit shall urge it to submit the catalogue and copies of all surveying and mapping results to the provincial administrative department of surveying and mapping within one month after the completion of the surveying and mapping task.

If a foreign organization or individual cooperates with relevant departments or units in our province to carry out surveying and mapping projects, the Chinese cooperative unit shall submit the catalogue and copies of all surveying and mapping results to the provincial administrative department of surveying and mapping within two months after the completion of the surveying and mapping task. Article 9 See the attached table for the specific format of the catalogue of surveying and mapping results. Tenth units should designate departments to be responsible for the collection and delivery of the catalogue and copies of surveying and mapping results. It should be clear that the specific person in charge should establish contact with the corresponding competent department of surveying and mapping. Eleventh commissioned surveying and mapping projects, completed surveying and mapping results directory and copy by the entrusting party is responsible for collecting. Twelfth provincial administrative departments of Surveying and mapping according to the people's governments at all levels, enterprises and institutions and the central units in Guizhou submitted the catalogue of Surveying and mapping results and a copy, responsible for organizing the compilation of the province's surveying and mapping results catalogue. Thirteenth these Measures shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
