Luo Wei's "Nvshu" Calligrapher

Nvshu is a kind of female writing that spreads in Jiangyong, Hunan Province. However, there is also an old man in Mei Tian Town, Yizhang County who is obsessed with female calligraphy. His name is Luo Wei. Luo Wei has a wide range of hobbies. Photography, calligraphy, collection and root carving are his favorites. This careful old man, as small as a movie ticket and ticket, will be carefully preserved as a treasure decades later. Speaking of women's calligraphy, the old man spoke: "1In July 1992, I was the deputy manager and chairman of the trade union of Yizhang Xinya Trading Company. On this day, I read a short article in People's Daily-The Book of Wonder Women. " At some point, the old man found us this little article and reported the only female book in the world-female book. The article also said that this mysterious writing is now facing extinction. This article, which is less than 500 words, not only makes Luo Wei feel a mystery, but also feels a responsibility. "If you want to learn women's books, you must learn women's books." Since then, Luo Wei has formed an indissoluble bond with the female script, and he began to collect relevant information. After several years, he actually collected a thick stack of women's calligraphy. But women's books are not as easy to learn as we thought. This beautiful, exquisite and peculiar female character "top-down, right-to-left, surrounded by diamond-shaped fonts and decorative patterns" makes Luo Wei feel at a loss after studying calligraphy for decades and achieving certain results.

Go to the birthplace of women's books to find inspiration! On June 1 1 day, 2004, he came to Jiangyong in an urgent mood just after completing the discharge formalities. In the local Xinhua Bookstore, Luo Wei finally bought the dictionary of women's books that he missed day and night. In particular, the precious Women's Book Dictionary also witnessed the story of his unexpected encounter with Zhou, the "first woman to pass on women".

Zhou is the discoverer and researcher of women's books. It is through his research, arrangement and appeal that Jiang Yong's women's books are known to the world and caused a great sensation.

On that day, Luo Wei bought a dictionary for women's books and took many photos of Jiangyong scenery with his small camera. During the applause, he had a whim and went to visit Zhou, the author of the Women's Dictionary. With the psychology of giving it a try, Luo Wei asked a passerby on a bridge in Jiangyong County. I didn't expect this passer-by to really know Zhou. I said that the cultural center is just ahead of the bridge. Walking to the other end of the bridge, a fat and kind old man came face to face. Luo Wei asked again. Passers-by went over and asked, "Are you looking for Zhou?" Then he said, "I'm Zhou. It seems that we really have a fate! "

Next, the other party enthusiastically introduced Luo Wei a lot of knowledge about women's calligraphy, and took him to visit Nvshu Garden in Pumeishu Cultural Village, Shangjiangwei Town. Nvshu Garden showed the original documents, works, crafts, calligraphy, academic achievements and folk customs of Nvshu through words, pictures, objects, audio and video, and comprehensively introduced and artistically reproduced the profound connotation and unique humanistic charm of Nvshu culture. During this trip, Luo Wei felt better than studying for ten years.

After returning from Jiang Yong, the women's dictionary became his best silent teacher. After getting up in the morning, I started to look through it until 1 1 at night, and sometimes my eyes burst into tears, which made him almost look through the dictionary of women's books that I had bought for less than three years. It is not easy to master this female script. The collection of women's books is nearly 2000 words. Not only is the meaning of Chinese characters very different from that of Chinese characters, but all Chinese characters have only four strokes: point, vertical, oblique and arc. The font is also called "mosquito-shaped character". Take the word "Guang" as an example. In Chinese characters, "Guang" has few strokes and simple structure, but in women's books, there are many strokes and complex shapes. I felt very uncomfortable when I first started writing. But Luo Wei enjoys it. He not only likes female calligraphy, but also likes to write calligraphy works about women in female calligraphy. At first, he translated the contents of the calligraphy works he wanted to create into the words of women's calligraphy through the Dictionary of Women's Calligraphy. Then, with his profound calligraphy attainments and continuous diligent practice every day, it was perfectly displayed in the art of calligraphy. Interestingly, Luo Wei also paid special attention to women's themes. Zixing Chen Shuxiu, World Women's Conference held in Beijing, China Women's Volleyball Team, etc. It has become the content of the calligraphy creation of the elderly and women.

No pains, no gains. Luo Wei's female calligraphy works won many painting and calligraphy awards in 2006, such as "Going to the Republic to commemorate the birthday of Sun Yat-sen140th anniversary" and "Mo Hanqing National Painting and Calligraphy Competition". His works have been included in various exhibition albums and collected by friends at home and abroad. Not only that, Lao Wei also created a complete set of female Copybook for calligraphy. He expects people of insight from all walks of life to help publish and jointly promote this unique "daughter country" culture.
