1. First check whether the power supply of the equipment itself is stable and reliable, and whether the equipment is constantly restarted because of the power supply of the equipment itself.

2. Second, check the switch linked to the offline equipment, especially when the camera is disconnected in batches. First, consider whether the switch itself is faulty, which leads to the offline equipment.

3. Third, check the length of the network cable from the disconnected device to the switch. If the network cable exceeds 100 meters, it is necessary to consider whether the equipment is disconnected because of the transmission distance of the network cable.

4. Fourth, check the quality of the network cable and the production quality of the crystal head. In the actual project, we have encountered the situation that the camera is frequently disconnected when the transmission distance of the network cable is only 60 meters. The reason may be that the production quality of network cable connectors is not up to standard, the line sequence of network cable connectors is wrong, and the quality of network cable itself is unqualified.

5. Fifth, check whether the equipment is disconnected due to software failure. For example, the software gives the wrong command and the software process stops serving.

6. Finally, if all the above reasons are excluded, it is necessary to consider whether it is the camera itself.
