The annual qualification examination for street performers in Civic Center Square was held in the 3 16 multi-function hall of Lianhua Sub-district Office in Futian District. After completing the preliminary qualification examination, groups of applicants who have participated in the registration at home and abroad will once again select 100 "busker cards" according to the three categories of visual arts, creative arts and performing arts, including 30 cards for visual arts, 20 cards for creative arts and 50 cards for performing arts.

Shenzhen Futian Street Art Development Association held the 6th Street Artist Qualification Appraisal. In 20 19, the association received 300 applications from artists all over the country, including 252 newly declared artists and 48 licensed artists. After layers of screening, there are 150 groups of street performers who have passed the preliminary examination. Under the joint evaluation of the public judges and expert judges, 100 "street artist cards" were selected, a street art team of 100 people was formed, and 100 public cultural activities were held.
