Can I take photos for free with a Chengkan photo permit?

You can't. Chengkan Scenic Area in Huizhou District of Huangshan City is free for members of the National Photographers Association at or above the provincial level and the Huangshan Photographers Association, but those with photography licenses cannot be free. Other scenic spots in Huizhou District are only open to members of the National Photographers Association at or above the provincial level for free. Chengkan, located in the world natural and cultural heritage site, is an integral part of the ancient Huizhou cultural tourism area, a national 5A-level tourist attraction.
