Shandong Pingdu No.1 Middle School can be traced back to Wu Zhi Middle School, which was founded in 1902. Later it evolved into a county middle school. 194 1 year, our party founded Xihai Middle School. Xihai Middle School merged with Pingdu County Middle School on 1946 and was named Xihai Middle School in Jiaodong District. 1950 was renamed Pingdu Middle School in Shandong Province. This school is a key middle school in Shandong Province, the first batch of provincial-level standardized schools, and a provincial-level audio-visual education demonstration school. 1998 was identified as the national experimental school of modern educational technology in primary and secondary schools.
