Synopsis Inspector is serious in handling cases and disagrees with his new boss, Inspector Luo. One day, Zhang found a car thief acting suspiciously in the street, followed him and took him back to the police station to arrest him. Unexpectedly, the car stolen by the boy was used by the big circle to help the judge and others do the case. Detective Luo framed the boy for robbery and murder in order to solve the case.
