First of all, waterproof measures should be taken to prevent the shooting equipment from getting wet.

If the shooting equipment is a SLR, you can choose to apply a special SLR waterproof raincoat to protect the fuselage, and use a uv mirror and a hood to protect the lens. If the shooting equipment is a mobile phone, you can choose to apply a waterproof bag to the mobile phone.

If you can't find a special waterproof bag for the time being, you can choose to put a rubber band on the transparent plastic bag for temporary emergency.

For photographers, wearing raincoats and boots is more suitable and convenient for activities;

When shooting a model, you can choose an umbrella, which can not only shelter from the rain, but also act as a screen prop.

In addition, the transparent umbrella can also play the role of a reflector; A bright umbrella can be a bright spot in a dull environment.

Rain will turn the rough ground into a mirror, through which many things can be seen. Then, you must not miss the reflection when choosing the scenery.

Rain hits the glass window, or condenses into water droplets, or draws water marks, and the scenery outside the window is blurred. At this time, the model leans against the glass window, and it is easy to take beautiful photos whether facing the camera or facing the camera.

Raindrops in rainy days can be described as one of the shooting themes.

If it's a light rain, you can use a high-speed shutter to shoot the dripping water under the eaves/umbrellas.

If it is moderate rain or heavy rain, you can choose to take photos of raindrops splashing on the ground.

If you are shooting a rain scene, in order to show the rain line, you should first choose the appropriate heavy rain time, and then choose a darker background as a foil.

If the background of the scene in the rain is the sky, pay attention to the dense white clouds in the sky. Otherwise, even if it rains heavily, the lines of scenery and rain are white, so the lines cannot be shown.

The brightness of the scenery is generally weak when it rains. Therefore, when shooting a rain scene with a camera, a larger aperture (such as f/2.8) and a slower shutter speed are generally used to make the rain scene sensitive enough.

The following are a set of general shutter parameters for shooting raindrops (for reference only)

● 1/20 seconds, a longer rain belt can be obtained;

● 1/60 seconds, can shoot the rain belt that has not yet landed;

●1100 second, and the shot rain belt is short;

When the shutter time is11000 seconds, the solidification state of water droplets in the air can be obtained.

When shooting a rain scene, pay attention to the distance between the lens and the raindrops. When raindrops are too close to the lens, they will cover the distant scenery or fall on the mirror to scatter light.
