Achievements of Guangdong Photographers Association

(revised at the third meeting of the eighth presidium on April 6, 2006)

These rules are formulated in accordance with the spirit of the Articles of Association.

1. The principle of joining our association is to actively and steadily attract outstanding photographers from our province to become members of our association. China citizens who live and work in Guangdong Province recognize the articles of association and apply to join the association voluntarily. They need to fill in the application form, submit relevant materials and pay the evaluation fee.

Two, the members are divided into two levels: reserve members and members. Members enjoy the rights and obligations stipulated in the articles of association, and probationary members have no right to vote and stand for election. Those who meet the requirements can apply for membership directly.

Third, the membership conditions and materials submitted by the preparatory members.

Meet one of the following conditions, you can declare the preparation of party member:

1. 1 works were selected for film exhibitions and competitions sponsored or jointly organized by the association;

2. Publish a photographic work in China Photography, Popular Photography, China Photography, Friends of Photography and Guangdong Photography Newsletter;

3. Members of association groups;

4 to participate in the correspondence education organized by the association and obtain the graduation (completion) certificate;

5. Hold a solo exhibition in Friends of the Movie Exhibition Hall.

Submissions:

1, I fill in the application form and two one-inch bareheaded recent photos of myself in detail;

2. I represent 8 works (65,438+00 inches, mounting is not allowed, and electronic documents are attached), indicating the title, name, year of creation, awards, published newspapers, etc. On the back of the work;

3. Relevant certification materials (photocopies) of the award-winning, selection and publication of the works.

4. Membership conditions and submitted materials.

(a) engaged in professional or amateur photography, with more than three years of photography age (professional photographer, from the date of photography; Amateur photographers, starting with the first work published in newspapers, magazines, film festivals and competitions at or above the prefecture level). And meet one of the following conditions:

1.2 works were selected for film exhibitions and competitions sponsored by the association (film exhibitions and competitions jointly organized by the association and other units must win the third prize or bronze prize or above);

2. One work has been selected for all previous national film festivals and international film festivals sponsored by China Photographers Association;

3. Three works were selected for special film exhibitions and competitions sponsored or jointly organized by China Photographers Association;

4. Three works were published in China Photography, Popular Photography, China Photography, Friends of Photography and Guangdong Photography Newsletter.

On one occasion, this association held a personal photography exhibition.

Submissions:

1. I filled out the application form in detail, and two recent photos of myself one inch older without a hat;

2.8 photographs representing my overall level (10 inch, not allowed to be mounted, with electronic documents attached), as well as the title, name, creation year, awards, published newspapers, etc. It should be marked on the back of the work; 3. Relevant certification materials (photocopies) of the award-winning, selection and publication of the works.

(two) engaged in theoretical research, education, counseling, translation, editing and photography organization workers, with more than three years of work experience, with good results.

Submissions:

1. I filled out the application form in detail, and two recent photos of myself one inch older without a hat;

2. Works, papers and translations published in local or above newspapers and periodicals, as well as photographic books, picture albums, pictures and lectures edited and published;

3. Relevant certification materials (photocopies) of award-winning achievements or work recognition related to photography;

4. The staff engaged in photography organization should provide relevant materials (such as work report and work summary), submit 8 representative works (10 inch, not allowed to be mounted and attached with electronic documents), and indicate the title, name, creation year, award-winning, newspaper publication, etc. On the back of the work.

(three) all kinds of scientific photographers engaged in the design and development of photographic equipment have good technical achievements.

Submissions:

2. Relevant design materials, academic papers, photographs, etc.

(four) after obtaining a bachelor's degree in photography education, engaged in photography activities for more than two years; Engaged in photography activities for more than three years after photography education.

Submissions:

2, photography related graduation certificate or degree certificate (copy);

3, engaged in photography related certification materials (copy).

(five) operators engaged in photography technology, such as photo production, have more than three years of work experience and reach the professional level.

Submissions:

2. Eight photos representing my production level (10 inch, mounting is not allowed) with production instructions.

(6) Those who have a certain level of photography and have contributed to photography.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) application procedure and approval method.

(1) After filling in the membership application form, hire two members of the association to introduce and fill in the recommendation opinions carefully, and submit them to the association together with the corresponding materials after being signed by the members of the municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles or the association or their work units (provincial units). If you can't apply for membership through group members or their units for special reasons, you can apply to the association directly after two members of the association sign the recommendation; If you apply for membership, you can apply directly to the association after two directors of the association sign the recommendation.

(2) After the application materials are verified by the Liaison Department of the Federation, the application materials shall be reviewed by the Federation Member Review Committee. Those who pass the examination will become members or reserve members of the Federation, and will be awarded the membership card or reserve membership card of Guangdong Photographers Association. The list will be published in Guangdong Photography Newsletter and the website of the Federation.

(three) after joining the membership, the application materials will be transferred to the Association for the record and will not be returned. We can provide exhibitions, publications and other purposes for members' works, papers and other application materials, but the rights and interests still belong to the author. Those who failed the exam will be returned to me.

(4) The membership of the Association shall be examined and approved twice a year (May and 10), and all group members or applicants shall submit the application materials to the Association Liaison Department before the end of April or September.

(5) If the submitted materials are fraudulent, the membership shall be cancelled.

6. Evaluation fee and membership fee.

(1) The applicant shall pay the assessment fee, which shall be paid together with the application materials.

(two) the preparatory members and members must pay the membership fee, and those who fail to pay the membership fee on time will stop distributing the relevant materials; Those who have not paid their membership dues for more than five years shall be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn from the meeting.

Seven, the right to interpret these rules belongs to the presidium of this association. According to the suggestions of the leaders of the provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the spirit of the Federation's articles of association, these supplementary rules are formulated in order to make the development of individual members of the Federation adapt to the upsurge of photography in the whole province, and refer to the reform of the rules for the development of individual members of the Chinese Photographers Association and the Brothers Photography Association to speed up the work layout of supporting the construction of a strong photographic province.

First, the membership of individual members engaged in photography creation is changed to the point system:

In line with the reform idea of developing individual members in a streamlined, pragmatic and scientific way and reducing human factors in developing members, the application criteria for individual members engaged in photography creation in the future will refer to the scoring method of "Guangdong Top Ten Photographers of the Year", and anyone with a score of 10 can apply to become a full member; Those who score 5 points or above can apply to become associate members. Submission: 1. I have filled out the application form in detail, and I have two bareheaded photos of myself in the past two years; 2.2 members of the Provincial Photographers Association supplemented their recommendations and opinions of member units of local associations; 3. Eight photographic works representing my overall level (including integral works, 65,438+00 inches, not allowed to be mounted, with electronic files for storing member files, titles, names, creation years, selected awards, published newspapers, etc. ) and indicate a copy of the integral proof material on the back of the work;

2. Photographers with the qualification of photojournalist, teachers of photography major in colleges and universities audited by the State Press and Publication Administration, and photographers with junior titles or above can be introduced by two members and fill in the application form as required, with electronic documents representing their professional level and opinions from the unit, and can directly apply for membership.

3. Anyone who is engaged in exploratory photography or has a special style, or who has made a significant contribution to photography, shall be recommended by more than three members of the Presidium of the Association, and the President's Office shall confirm him as a member according to the requirements of submitting materials.

4. In case of any conflict between the relevant provisions of the Personal Development Rules of Guangdong Photographers Association and the detailed rules of this Association, the provisions of these detailed rules shall prevail.

Five, the right to interpret these rules belongs to the presidium of this association.
