What should I do if my mobile phone is blurred?

This problem is one of the common problems for many novice photographers. When shooting a film, the film is often blurred, which is often caused by the fact that the shutter speed does not reach the safe shutter when shooting, and the hand jitter will be directly reflected in the photo, leading to the situation of virtual shooting. I feel that my hand is not shaking. In fact, I can't help shaking when I press the shutter, but I didn't notice it. Only by increasing the shutter speed can we ensure a clear picture. This is going to talk about a word "safety shutter".

what is a "safety shutter"? The safety shutter is a boundary line of the slowest shutter that usually makes the film not blurred. In the actual filming process, there is no strict numerical calculation. When using a shutter, as long as the film is not blurred, this shutter speed can be called the safety shutter.

Everyone has his own safe shutter speed. The safe shutter speed of a novice photographer may be 125-2 seconds, and the safe shutter speed of an experienced photographer will be reduced to 3 seconds. How can I lower my safety shutter? This is also one of the basic skills of photography. Mastering the correct shooting posture and method will reduce your safe shutter speed. Let me talk about the correct shooting posture:

When shooting, the left hand is used as a support, and the left elbow is tightly pressed against the left chest to tighten the armpit, thus forming a stable triangular bracket with the armpit, elbow and hand, and then the left hand naturally holds the camera lens around, trying to find a position with a balanced proportion of the camera. Hold up the camera and put it in front of your eyes. Your eyes look through the viewfinder and stick to your face. The thumb of the right hand is placed in the rubber position behind the right camera, the index finger is bent and placed on the shutter button, and the other three fingers are placed in front and naturally hold the camera handle with the thumb. The key point is that the index finger pressing the shutter button must use the fingertip of the index finger, and the fingertip should not be lightly pressed to focus. When it is decided to press the shutter, it must be ensured that only the fingertip of your index finger is pressed, and the thumb and other three fingers of the right hand holding the handle must not be forcibly pinched. Because when pressing the shutter, pressing the index finger hard will inevitably involve the other four fingers squeezing the handle hard, so we need to practice more here. The thumb and other three fingers are only used to help the left hand hold the camera steady, and only the fingertip of the index finger is pressed.

Let's talk about breathing during shooting, because when you breathe, your chest will fluctuate with breathing, and at the same time, it will drive your left elbow with tightened armpits to move with the fluctuation of chest, which will cause jitter. My method is to take a breath when you decide to press the shutter for a good focus, then spit out one-third of your breath and hold your breath, and then think in your mind that only the fingertip of your right hand will press the shutter, so that the jitter of basic shooting will disappear. With long-term practice, your safe shutter will be safe. My current safety shutter speed can reach 3 th of a second.

when the shooting posture can't be stabilized in any way, or even if the aperture is opened and the ISO sensitivity can't be improved, you can also use objects such as walls, trees and columns to assist shooting. The hand shake can be greatly reduced by fixing the body center of gravity on the wall and other objects for shooting. It also works well to lean your whole body against the wall. Putting the camera against the wall also has an anti-shake effect. Use available things as actively as possible to effectively prevent jitter.

When shooting the night scene requires a long exposure, you must use a tripod and cable release to shoot it.
