Changshan Changgui Exempts Zhengding-Wadang

? It's a pleasure to meet the Changshan Changgui Wadang rubbings collected by Wu Jianchao, a researcher at the Painting and Calligraphy Institute of the Central Museum of Literature and History, a member of the China Prose Society, the president of the Chinese Academy of Literature and Art, a director of the China Society of Popular Culture and an academician of the Russian Petrov Art Institute. As we all know, the Wadang is an integral part of ancient buildings, and the primary task is to protect the wooden cornices, followed by beautifying the roof. This tile is extremely precious and comes from Changshan County, Zhengding, Han Dynasty. Few cultural relics were unearthed in this period, and only three were unearthed in the tile. Changshan Changle, Changshan Changle, Changshan Changgui. Mr Wu Jianchao collects Changshan Changgui, one of these three pieces. The words on it are extremely exquisite. This tile is exquisitely laid out, arranged harmoniously and symmetrically, simple and vigorous, beautiful and round. It belongs to Changshan County in Han Dynasty, especially when "Changshan grows expensive" was first seen.

? Literally, from left to right means that Changshan is long and expensive, and the pattern in the middle is called Wen, because he is like a sheep's head and bent like a horn. In traditional culture, sheep means good luck, and this pattern is the simplest shape of sheep head.

? The tile color of this painting is red, called Zhushatuo. Cinnabar is bright red, which the ancients thought could ward off evil spirits. The mysterious power of cinnabar has never subsided for thousands of years.

? The inscription is Wu Jianchao's calligraphy "Self-contained Zhengding", and the eight characters engraved on the rubbings are "the ancient rhyme of Han Dynasty, the elegance of long mountains", which is a bronze inscription style later than Oracle Bone Inscriptions and earlier than Dazhuan and Xiaozhuan. Consistent with the content of the Wadang characters, echoing the ancient rhyme of Zhu Tuo; The poems below Wadang are cursive, with smooth lines and a mighty charm.
