"Huashan Road since ancient times1"—— Introduction to Huashan Group Tour
Xiyue Huashan is located in huayin city, about 0/20km east of Xi, Shaanxi Province. It was called Taihua Mountain in ancient times, with an altitude of 2160m. It is a granite mountain on the north side of the watershed of Qinling branch, bordering the broad Weihe Plain and the roaring Yellow River in the north and Qinling Mountain in the south.
Among the five peaks in Huashan Mountain, Dongfeng (Chaoyang), Xifeng (Lotus) and Nanfeng (Wild Goose) are higher: Dongfeng is a good place to watch the sunrise in the morning, and Xifeng, like lotus flowers on both sides, is the most beautiful peak in Huashan Mountain, while Nanfeng is the highest peak in Huashan Mountain. Below the three peaks are Zhongfeng (Jade Girl) and Beifeng (Yuntai). According to the legend of Jade Girl Mountain, a Jade Girl rode into the mountain on a white horse. The top of Yuntai is as flat as a cloud, and the famous story of "outsmarting Huashan Mountain" happened here.
Huashan also has many places of interest. Temple Taoist temples, pavilions, statues and stone carvings can be seen everywhere. Famous historical sites on Huashan Mountain include Yuquanyuan, Zhenwu Palace, Jintian Palace (Bai Di Temple) and other scenic spots. Xiyue Temple, 7 kilometers north of Huashan Mountain, is an ancient temple dedicated to Huashan God in Xiyue Mountain.
Huashan cableway is 1.550 meters long, flying from the foot of the mountain to the north peak along the path of "outsmarting Huashan" in that year, with a drop of nearly 800 meters, crossing the precipice canyon, which is spectacular. This enables Chinese and foreign tourists of different ages and constitutions to appreciate the beauty of Huashan Mountain.

Huashan history
As early as the pre-Qin period, there were records of "Yellow Emperor's Parade", "Yao Si's Visit to Huashan", "Zhou Wuwang", "Wang Cheng" and "Heng Wang's Visit to Huashan". Since Qin Shihuang began to offer sacrifices to Huashan, emperors such as Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, Wu Zetian, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty and Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty have all offered sacrifices to Huashan on a large scale. Shao Hao, the God of Huashan Mountain, was named as "Golden Destiny Shun Sheng Di" by Zen Buddhism. Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty built the "Ji Ling Palace" in Huangfuyu during the Yuan Light-year period, personally presided over sacrifices and held amenorrhea ceremonies. Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty offered sacrifices to Huashan Mountain eleven times. Emperors of past dynasties regarded offering sacrifices to Huashan Mountain as a major event. Because the emperor worships Huashan so much, Huashan is full of temples, courtyards, palaces and shrines, and Huashan Taoist priests and pilgrims from all directions are even more devout.

journey time
Huashan Mountain has different beautiful scenery in different seasons. Spring is dry, and you can see the sea of clouds. There is a lot of rain in summer, but it clears up in a flash. Autumn is sunny and rainy, winter is often foggy and snowy, and mountain roads are difficult to walk. It is not recommended to come in winter. Huashan slope is steep and narrow, and most of the roads are steep, even with both hands and feet. If it comes in winter, especially after it snows, the mountain road is very slippery and the risk factor is greatly increased. From the perspective of safety, try to visit Huashan in spring, summer and autumn.

It arrives at 10 every April, which is the tourist season in Huashan. On the 15th day of the third lunar month, there will be a grand temple fair and celebration.
At the Huashan Temple Fair every year, except for some pilgrims, most of them are tourists climbing the Range Rover. The activities of the temple fair are also more colorful, including the International Mountaineering Festival, China Chess Competition, calligraphy and painting, photography exhibition, and other local folk cultural activities, such as folk social fire, Shaanxi opera singing and plain drum performance. At the same time, local vendors gathered, material exchanges were active, and foreign cultural performance groups and jugglers came to entertain the performance.

Huashan climate
In Huashan, the temperature drops linearly from the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain. The annual average temperature is low, only 6.8℃, and the annual temperature difference is also small, only 18.8℃. It is windy in the mountains and humid in summer. Before climbing the mountain, you'd better prepare some warm clothes (even in summer) and take a portable plastic raincoat with you.
About food
I'm afraid there are no tourists coming to Huashan to eat and drink ... the food in Huayin County is almost the same as that in Xi 'an.
Of course, Huashan also has many folk snacks, including Shaanxi specialties, such as noodles, arugula, buckwheat bean jelly, Guo kui, beef and mutton soaked in the desert and so on. There are also Huashan specialty snacks, such as cold noodles, bean jelly, fried dumpling, big knife noodles, bean curd, horseshoe noodles, yellow river catfish, etc., which make people linger after tasting. There are many restaurants and hotels on Yuquan Road at the foot of Huashan Mountain, and it is in huayin city, so it is convenient to eat.

Huashan is best to bring your own food, because the food in restaurants on the mountain is expensive, but the taste is not necessarily good. In addition, there is a shortage of drinking water on Huashan Mountain, so don't forget to prepare more bottles of mineral water. The price of Huashan Mountain is absolutely proportional to the altitude, so it's up to you to choose the burden or save money.

About shopping
There are many small shops at the entrance of Yuquanyuan Mountain at the foot of Huashan Mountain, and many locals set up stalls along Huashan Mountain to sell all kinds of goods, mostly small souvenirs of Huashan Mountain and some handicrafts with Shaanxi folk customs. The price at the foot of the mountain is cheap, and the more expensive it is at the top of the mountain, you can bargain, but it should be noted that if you don't buy it through bargaining, unpleasant things may happen.
Locks seem to be a necessity for tourists here. On Huashan Mountain, various styles of copper locks are hung on the chain, representing different wishes. After locking them, throw away the keys to realize their wishes. Locks can also be carved. The lock at the foot of the mountain is more expensive than the lock on the mountain. You can buy it in Jinsuo Pass after going up the mountain. The cheapest one is about 3 yuan.

About accommodation
Don't worry about staying in Huashan, but the conditions will not be too good, so be prepared psychologically.
Suggestions on climbing Huashan Mountain
1, there are many cliffs in Huashan, but garbage bins are widely distributed. If there is rubbish, try to throw it into the dustbin. If you really can't find a nearby trash can, put it on the side of the road. Don't throw it off the cliff. When I go back, the cleaner has to hang a rope to pick it up. Just to make up for the life of some uncivilized tourists. Don't be so wicked!
There are many small scenic spots from Yuquanyuan to Beifeng, but almost all of them are closed. In my opinion, these scenic spots are all beside the road. If there is still a fork in the road, I suggest not to go. There is nothing to see, it will consume precious physical strength on the mountain.
3. It is strongly recommended to buy gloves outside! Not too high-end, the most common ones used by workers are enough, and some old people outside the scenic spot can buy a pair for 2 yuan (the lowest price). In Huashan, whether you are going up or down the mountain, you should make good use of your hands in steep places! Many places need zippers or gable supports. Using good hands will save a lot of energy and be safer. If you don't have gloves, you will find that your hands have lost a layer of skin when you go down the mountain.
4. Some friends who are afraid of heights have to give up ... Some tourists may use trekking poles, but generally speaking, it is of little use in Huashan, because many places need both hands and feet, and carrying trekking poles will take up both hands.
5. Huashan tickets include Huashan, Xianyu and Xiyue Temple. Most people end their trip after climbing Huashan Mountain, but I still suggest going to Xianyu and Xiyue Temple. The scenery is also very good, and ... all the money has been spent, so don't look at it.
