Dongguan paipai photography

When you feel sad, go to see the sea.

Go home from the second-hand bookstore and see the sea.

If you are ill, go and see the sea.

I went to see the sea in the morning when I was in a bad mood.

"Hailing Island" is a beautiful island name, and its scenery must be as beautiful as its name.

The plan of signing up for Guangzhou Marathon, Shenzhen Marathon and Heyuan Marathon in February is enough to fill the weekend trip for one month. As for Yangjiang Marathon, I didn't pay much attention at that time. Miss Akiba from the running group invited me to participate in the Yangjiang Hailing Island Marathon. I looked at the introduction of the link. The race of 65438+ February 2nd did not conflict with other planned marathons, and the route all the way around Hailing Island. The first feeling made me imagine that I could go to the seaside, see the sea view, eat seafood dinner, and more importantly, run the marathon around the island for the first time. This experience must be very good, so I did not hesitate to report 42. 195KM.

The day before the Hailing Island Marathon, I set off from Dongguan and drove to Hailing Island in Yangjiang with the runners of the Dongguan Lightning Run Group. After having a seafood dinner together at noon, we went to the Mid-Levels Hotel, which is less than 1KM from the starting point. Hailing Island at this time is more beautiful than I expected. The sea is blue, there are white waves, and there is a large golden beach, which constitutes a beautiful painting, and I feel particularly comfortable in it. After arranging the room, we went to the starting point to get the competition bag. We step on the beach by the sea, look at the sea and listen to the constant sound of the waves, which is fresher than our accustomed daily life.

The starting track has entered the final part. After receiving the number plate, I happened to meet the photographer of "Aiyundong" studio, who had come to shoot in advance. The photographer took a lot of photos for us with great interest. Later, the runners of the lightning running group also brought their own drones to take pictures.

The next morning, Miss Akiba and I set out together and arrived at the whole check-in point. Although I have participated in various marathon races (half-race level) many times, I am used to the atmosphere of marathon, but I am looking forward to it. Different from the past, it is the first time to go offline, and this time I no longer pursue my best results, so I need to take care of my young sister who runs the group. Why don't you take a leisure running trip?

At the beginning of the start, many runners ran past me at high speed. One kilometer from the starting point, there is a steep and long slope that goes halfway up the mountain. In the face of this 1000-meter-long uphill, I suddenly heard a runner complaining that climbing the mountain was very tiring, which not only made me feel negative, but even gave me a little melodramatic feeling. At this time, another runner couldn't listen any longer and said to him, "This is just a small test. There is no slope on the track behind this slope." Runners will be very quiet, and a simple uphill exposes two different people's different handling methods and mentality after facing the same thing.

For me, this uphill is not difficult. After all, the tracks I have experienced in the past are steeper and longer than this road, and they are all up and down one after another. When one thing is experienced more, my heart will gradually calm down. In fact, climbing the mountain will not be very tiring, just because they have not experienced the mentality and have not adopted the correct uphill way. Many people climb slowly, and downhill sprint will cause serious damage to their knees because of the rapid inertia of the human body. Some experienced runners will use different pace frequencies and steps to control their bodies when facing uphill and downhill, and their pace will be controlled very safely.

1KM uphill followed by 1KM downhill. You can see the island scenery and sky in the distance when you go down the mountain. The sea breeze in Xu Lai dispelled the sultry feeling in the crowd. The most comfortable experience around the island is jogging, looking at the endless sea, which is more different from daily running. At the 8-9 km fork in the road, the half horse turns left and the whole horse turns right. At this time, after I encouraged each other with the half runners, a long team split in two like a crowd and ran to different goals. The railroad tracks gradually extend from the island to the idyllic village. The people on both sides are local citizens, and the children are cheering excitedly.

The pace has been maintained at a speed distribution of around 7. After running to 19KM, Miss Akiba's knees began to feel a little uncomfortable. Almost every supply point needs to be sprayed with analgesic spray, and the ankle hurts, so it starts again. There were almost no villages in the second half, and all I could see was a group of runners and volunteers at various supply points.

What impressed me the most was that after 25KM, although I was jogging, I ran at Miss Akiba's pace, but my knees were even worse, because I never tried to run the whole course at an average speed of 7, but I usually ran at a distribution of 5. After each replenishment point, I always let Miss Akiba run a distance first, and then I start to accelerate from behind. After all, running at the speed I am used to is the best.

With the approach of 1 1, the temperature rises, the physical energy consumption is faster and faster, the sweat is constantly splashing, and the degree of sun exposure is gradually becoming fierce. Everyone ran under the green forest tree, and there happened to be a photographer lying on the ground. His professional hand quickly pressed the shutter and made a clicking sound, and then said to us, "You have worked hard, come on!" A single post-90 s girl also responded "You have worked hard", and the photographer simply and rudely said "not hard at all". At that time, everyone was amused, because this was the first time we saw the photographer lying in a comfortable position to take pictures of us. After 90, the girl saw us, simply smiled and told us about her leg cramp just now. Now that she can't run, I told her myself, "Remember to eat bananas at the next supply point, which can prevent leg cramps, keep fit and replenish energy." After a few words of concern, we pulled away and continued to run.

At the age of 32KM, Miss Akiba's calf muscles were always tense, so she couldn't exert herself well, so she had to stop and relax first. I tried to help her relax. My hands press on the calf muscles, and both hands can feel the tension of the calf muscles, as hard as the biceps brachii of boys. Now we can only use hands massage to temporarily relax the overworked calf. In this way, I press my calf every 2KM, and the sun is scorching and the heat is unbearable. The shade is getting less and less, but the volunteers are more enthusiastic to provide us with drinks and pass them to us. They are super enthusiastic, encouraging us to refuel, and their hearts are warm.

From 30KM to 40KM, I believe that people who were in step with us at that time reached a certain limit, jogging or running for a while. At that time, my thought was that there were only a few kilometers left and the finish line was coming. I think many players have the same idea as me. They will not think about how far they have run, but how far they are from the finish line, and then keep running. There was a tunnel before entering 40KM, and many contestants had already walked through it. It's that Miss Akiba and I started sprinting for the last 2KM, running forward at a speed of 5 minutes 1KM, surpassing the previous contestants and the post-90 s girls. At this time, many people looked at us and wondered why we could still run to the finish line at such a fast speed.

Looking at the crowd, the terminal was crowded with volunteers and photographers. Miss Akiba and I crossed the finish line of 42. 195KM at the same time. Volunteers handed us medals and brought us the marathon medal of honor for running 5 hours 15 points. The highlight of the medal is three lovely dolphins, which are also the characteristics of Yangjiang, representing the blue sea. Running a full marathon, I think this experience is also a witness to my growth and breakthrough. I feel more confident and full of love and yearning for life. As for whether the marathon brings inner superiority, I think running the marathon is not to show off how powerful I am with my friends, but just to like running. If you can stick to what you like, you will get used to it after running for a long time. Although my knees and thighs were extremely uncomfortable after the game, this Hailing Island Marathon was also a meaningful one for me, with company and a breakthrough.
