Is it legal for students of the school photography club to take photos outside at will?

Students of the on-campus photography club are free to choose to shoot outside the school, and the shooting needs manpower, so the fees are reasonable.

However, it should be noted that students can't take the photographic equipment in school as private use, and they can only use private photographic equipment when they go out to take pictures.
