Photography, just taking good pictures?

Photography is for me to record and remember.

I suddenly want to talk about photography.

Recently, filming has been more frequent. The more you train and touch something, the more frequently and deeply you think about it.

After every photo shoot, many people will ask, what did you shoot with? How are the parameters adjusted? What kind of camera should I buy for photography? And so on.

I am not a great god or an equipment party, and I can't teach you how to take pictures with all kinds of seemingly tall parameters. I can only talk about my feelings about photography as a photographer at this stage.

Although an excellent lens can make your film more textured, it doesn't mean that you can take good photos with an expensive equipment. Many people have tens of thousands of devices in their hands, but they can only take ordinary photos in automatic mode. Some people can shoot amazing works with only one mobile phone. Therefore, whether you can take a good photo is never determined by your equipment, but by your aesthetics, observation and thinking.

There will be no identical photos in the world.

Photography never was. You have the same machine and set the same parameters, so you can take the same photos.

Learn photography skills in depth, pay attention to the clever use of methods, and never memorize parameters. Even if you memorize the aperture shutter sensitivity parameters of a photo because you like it, it is impossible to take the same photo. You should know that the most important thing in photography is light, and the light can be different every minute, so even if you can imitate the parameters, it is impossible to make the same light appear. Instead of memorizing parameters, it is better to be familiar with methods and cultivate your own aesthetic and observation ability. Although some are born, nurture is equally useful. Take more photos, practice more and summarize more, and you will naturally form your own style.

Many people will ask me after seeing some of my photos, why do you find this angle and why do you notice that such a small detail can still be done beautifully? There is no denying that there are natural observation factors, and I am naturally sensitive to some details. Later, I felt that this sensitivity to the environment was really often used in photography. At the same time, I am used to changing my perspective frequently, and I will get another angle that ordinary people can't see.

I have always liked those works that can make people think. Forget those little fresh sugar water tablets. To tell the truth, I always have a dream of being a documentary photographer, and I want to record every moment that can save people's hair with my lens.

I think every photo must have the photographer's idea before it can be called a work. Whether documentary photography or portrait photography, if the final work can show the photographer's unique temperament, it is successful.

We will take a photo, because that moment can represent our mood, emotions and what we want to express. That's why we press the shutter and post it on social platforms to express our feelings. This is a daily photo record, real photography, its connotation is far more than these, but "pressing the shutter because I want to record my feelings" is always the initial heart of photography.

Playing photography has always been my interest.

Although I didn't know anything about the equipment and theory at first, I only took it by my own aesthetics and feelings. Many people also say that the photography is very good, but I will study the theory after I decide to play photography seriously. After all, can you understand the exposure triangle when playing photography?

I was addicted to playing movies last year.

Putting aside feelings, filming is really a very troublesome thing, especially for manual film cameras. Every numerical value that affects imaging must be manually modulated, and the focal length must be slowly adjusted through the viewfinder to focus, and then the shutter can be pressed. Compared with current digital cameras, it is not smart enough.

However, it is because it is too simple to take pictures now, just click on the phone card of the camera, but it lacks a lot of thinking, ideas and surprises. Although I always don't like how troublesome the film camera is, every time I finish developing the film, when I see a movie, I am inexplicably surprised and moved, and of course I am afraid (╯□╰).

Many people think that after taking photos, they can't see how the photos were taken immediately, which is very addictive and unaccustomed. But I enjoy the feeling of waiting and expecting, not because I have patience, but because the waiting process will be a process of thinking and reflection. For example, after careful adjustment, after taking this photo, I will repeatedly doubt whether the exposure triangle value just now is right or not, and whether the exposure can be normal. Look back when you get the photo, oh! There will really be some waste films, that is, films with wrong exposure or composition problems. Then, I will seriously think about and recall the numerical value and composition state when I took this photo, and find that this is not feasible and needs to be adjusted next time. It is such a process that what seems simple now becomes more profound. Moreover, there will be many unexpected surprises. You didn't expect to shoot such an effect. Seeing such a beautiful effect, the photographer's mood is really not what the current digital camera and various powerful post-apps can give me.

I have always liked street shooting. I realized from a very young age that I like to observe the details around me, and I regard myself as an observer of the city when I walk on the road. I like to take photos of life details and social personnel, old streets and human feelings, and have a sense of life story. Daido Moriyama is my favorite photographer.

Recently, I began to like taking portraits. I used to like being photographed, but now I like taking pictures of others. Instead, I am not used to being photographed in front of the camera. What fascinates me about portrait shooting is that I can find that models are different from the usual charm. At the same time, there will be themes and ideas that I want to shoot before shooting, and I hope to present them with the model. This kind of creation feels great!

Photography is a very personal thing, please yourself first, and then please people with the same magnetic field as you.
