What's the name and species of this bird? What about the bird with yellow body and red head that doesn't shine all over?

Seeing the answer, so many people are sure to have such a large number of opinions. I also join in the fun to say a few words. Everyone will forgive me for my mistakes. There are three birds in the cage, two on the perch are brown-headed peony parrots, and some are called red parrots. At the bottom of the cage, it's just a yellow peach-faced peony parrot.
