If the shutter time is low and the hands shake during the simulated exposure, then put the camera in a stable place, such as a tripod, a chair, or other solid objects, and set it to self-timer mode.

If the above conditions can't be met, turn on the flash, and then put a white translucent cover in front of the flash, such as a white paper box or plastic box, or paste white paper, so that the light will not be too good when flashing, and some spots will be eliminated to some extent. But at this time, the flash index drops, and you have to close the distance with people. Because of the cover, there is no need to worry that the flash will burn your eyes.
