On July 26th, 2 1 year, the State Council Academic Degrees Committee issued a notice to review the list of newly-added doctoral and master's degree awarding units and their degree authorization points. The results show that seven doctoral programs in five universities in five provinces in China have passed the final examination, and the passing rate has reached 12%, among which three are newly designed, namely Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts.
