King Kong is an action film produced by Jiahe Film Co., Ltd., directed by Lan Naicai and starring Fan Shaohuang, Fan Meisheng and Oshima Yukari. The film was released in Japan on April 9th, 199 1.

The film tells the story of King Smart being oppressed by the police in prison, and finally resisting angrily, killing the warden and escaping from prison.

The creation background is the early 1990s. With the support of Golden Harvest Film Company, Cai Lan set up a mainland company to support director Lan Naicai in making a film adapted from Japanese manga. Because the original comic involves magical violence, Lan Naicai, who was born in photography, happens to be good at stunts, which makes the effect of physical violence in King Smart extremely prominent. This low-budget film has no A-list stars, and the stunts and scenes used are quite cottage.

King He Li (Fan Shaohuang) was very powerful since he was a child. Under the guidance of an old friend (Zhelang Tamba), he learned pure hard qigong.
