Registration conditions of first-class constructor

(a) who abide by the law and meet one of the following conditions of China people and citizens, can apply to participate in the first-class construction engineer qualification examination.

1, obtained a college degree in engineering or engineering economics, and worked for 6 years (as of June 65438+February 3, 20071,the same below), including 4 years in construction management of construction projects;

2. Obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 4 years, including 3 years in construction management of construction projects;

3. Graduated from double bachelor's degree or postgraduate class in engineering or engineering economics, and worked for 3 years, including 2 years in construction management of construction projects;

4. Get a master's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 2 years, including construction management of construction projects 1 year;

5. Get a doctorate in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 1 year.

(2) Exemption conditions for certain subjects

1. Those who meet the above-mentioned relevant application conditions and obtained the qualification certificate of first-class project manager of construction enterprises issued by the Ministry of Construction before 65438+February 3, 20031,and meet one of the following conditions, can be exempted from taking the two subjects of construction engineering economics and construction engineering project management, and only take the courses of construction engineering regulations and related knowledge and specialty.

(1) is employed as a senior professional and technical post in engineering or engineering economy;

(2) have obtained a college degree or above in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 20 years.

(3) According to the Notice on Issues Concerning Accepting Hong Kong and Macao Residents to Participate in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel Organized by the Mainland (No.9 [2005] of the Ministry of Civil Affairs), all Hong Kong and Macao residents who meet the requirements for taking the first-class qualification examination for construction engineers can sign up for the examination in accordance with the prescribed procedures and requirements.

Two, about the professional adjustment of the construction engineer qualification examination.

(a) merged professional categories

1. The original "building construction, decoration" was merged into "building engineering".

2. The original "mining and smelting (civil works)" was merged into "mining engineering".

3. Merge the original "electric power, petrochemical industry, electromechanical installation and smelting (electromechanical part)" into "electromechanical engineering".

(2) Reserved professional categories

There are seven categories that have not changed in this adjustment: roads, railways, civil aviation airports, ports and waterways, water conservancy and hydropower, municipal utilities, communications and radio and television.

(3) adjusted professional categories

After adjustment, the engineering management and practice subjects of the first-level constructor qualification examination are 10. The professional categories are: construction engineering, highway engineering, railway engineering, civil aviation airport engineering, port and waterway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, municipal public works, communication and radio and television engineering, mining engineering and electromechanical engineering.
