Yangshuo is not big, you can even describe it as a tiny place. Between the peaks and valleys, God has given us good mountains and good water. Because Yangshuo is a karst landform with many caves, Shan Qi.

Especially the beautiful Lijiang River, which is a paradise on earth for countless people. Han Yu's phrase "The river is like a blue belt and the mountains are like jasper" has been sung for thousands of years. It is said that the water of Lijiang River is as soft as a green ribbon, and the mountains of Lijiang River are as green and beautiful as jasper, which makes people fascinated.

In the beautiful Yangshuo, there is a very special village-Dongligu Village.

Dongli Ancient Village is located on the Chaotian River in Dawei Town, lingchuan county, only 15km away from downtown Guilin.

The whole village is built by mountains and water, with green mountains, clear water and blue sky, Shu Lang. Everything is just right, just like a masterpiece written by a landscape master, with a kind of tranquility and beauty of "Xanadu".

The ancient villages I wrote about in the past have a history of hundreds of thousands of years, and a long time has given the villages a long history and rich culture.

Dongli ancient village is different from the previous ancient village. It is very special.

Its ancient meaning lies in that it is a village rebuilt after a detailed investigation of Guilin area, especially the ancient villages along the Hunan-Guangxi ancient road and the Lijiang River, and a detailed study of the human history, architectural forms and living conditions of key villages.

Many people may not know the ancient road of Gui Xiang.

Because Guangxi is located in Lingnan, it has been a place where hundreds of people have been fighting for flow since ancient times, and the traffic is blocked. In order to unify Lingnan, Qin Shihuang ordered "digging ditches to open grain lanes" to communicate with the water system of Hunan and Guangxi, thus forming a waterway between Hunan and Guangxi. Later, in the Song, Ming and Qing Dynasties, folk commerce and trade became increasingly prosperous, while the Xiang-Gui waterway was in disrepair and its water transport capacity was limited. The local government organized and opened up the land trade route between Hunan and Guangxi, which reached its peak in more than 500 years and was praised as the "Southern Silk Road" by later generations.

Unfortunately, in the 1930s, with the opening of railways and highways, the ancient road landscape gradually disappeared from people's vision, and the history of the ancient road was gradually forgotten in people's memory.

Fortunately, the existence of Dongli ancient village has helped people find a little glory.

Walking in the village seems to have crossed into the old times in an instant.

A tidal river runs through the village, and the flowing water flows from the head of the village to the end of the village, adding a little movement to Dongli ancient village. There is a deep and shallow green everywhere, and even the air is full of intoxicating freshness.

Walking on the long bridge, the scene in front of you is like a beautiful poem and painting. Black tiles and gray walls, obviously light-colored, are breathtaking together.

There are nearly 200 ancient buildings along the river, silently condensing past stories.

The founder of Dongli Ancient Village bought this village, and then bought old houses and objects from all over the country and moved them to the village for reconstruction in different places. These buildings are mainly ancient villages and towns along the Hunan-Guangxi ancient road. From materials to technology, every brick and tile has been faithfully rebuilt, greatly restoring the history we can't see.

Therefore, although it is a "man-made" ancient village, the houses inside are indeed very old, just "moved" from other places and gathered in one place.

Some houses look spectacular from the outside. Several horsehead walls are high across the building. This family must be a big family.

If you walk in, the layout of the hall courtyard is reasonable and the sun pours down from the patio. Looking up, in a trance, you feel that you should have gone to southern Anhui.

Inadvertently walked into the deep village lane, and high walls stood on both sides. The stone road wet by the rain reflected a circle of shiny halo, and I don't know how many people walked here.

There are also some houses, small doors and courtyards. Although not as atmospheric as before, it also has its own pleasant pattern.

There is also an antique four-corner pavilion, which is very quiet under the shade of green trees. See the grapefruit tree next to it? The golden grapefruit fruit hangs on the branches, which is a little appetizing.

Here is the waterwheel, the practical function should be gone, and it is very distinctive as a decoration.

This fan-shaped pavilion is particularly interesting. The big plaque says destiny, and there is really a steelyard hanging in the pavilion. Judging from the couplets on both sides of the pavilion, it should guide people to be kind and do more good.

Intangible heritage is often difficult for us to perceive, but it represents the cultural value, imagination and cultural consciousness of the nation. Therefore, for the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage, human inheritance is particularly important.

In order to truly show the history, culture and folk customs of the Lijiang River Basin, the founders of Dongli Ancient Village invited craftsmen from all walks of life to set up blacksmith shops, dyeing workshops, cloth workshops, oil workshops, ceramic workshops and wood workshops in the village, and excavated and restored a lot of traditional intangible skills.

For example, the blacksmith first burns the iron to be forged in the furnace, then moves it to the iron pier and forges it hammer by hammer with a sledgehammer, with sparks flying everywhere.

Woodworkers carefully carved patterns on the board, waiting for the next step to continue processing.

Compared with ironing and carpentry, oil extraction is really rare now. Every process of oil extraction by the ancient method is very particular, and the temperature, intensity and time should be just right.

Tie-dyeing is also very interesting. Tie-dyeing is a unique traditional dyeing process of Han nationality. It is called tie-dyeing because it is divided into two parts: tie knot and dyeing. It uses tools such as yarn, thread and rope to tie, sew, tie, weave and clip the fabric.

The magic of this skill is that every flower, even if there are thousands of flowers, no two flowers are the same after dyeing.

There is also a shop that has a sofa with tie-dyed fabrics. At first glance, it is inconspicuous, and it seems that the pattern is worth tasting.

This shop has bamboo baskets, and the knitting technology is really good.

Unique handicrafts, with historical flavor and production temperature, make people fall in love with the temperament of Dongli ancient village.

Visitors can watch the handmade process and even participate in it personally, and experience the past lifestyle, such as cooking in a top pot.

The rice needed for cooking is locally grown rice. Visitors can use all kinds of ancient farm tools. After washing, shelling and grinding, rice can be turned into brown rice. The rice cooked in the traditional cast iron top pot is the delicious top pot rice. Although brown rice is not as good as white rice in taste and taste, it is better than health because it retains more nutrients.

Now many young people don't know how to use these ancient farm tools, and some people have never seen them before. But once you understand it, you can't help but sigh the wisdom of your predecessors. It is really amazing to design such a multifunctional and powerful instrument in the era of underdeveloped technology!

The homestay in Dongli Ancient Village was transformed from an old building in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Every brick and tile, every tree has its origin, which can provide the ultimate occupancy experience with the surrounding environment.

The indoor environment is extremely comfortable, and the wood just makes people feel very warm.

After visiting Dongli Ancient Village, I feel that the founder is really attentive. It took 1 1 year to develop and invested 400 million yuan to design and build Dongli ancient village from an ordinary village into a solidified history and an open "museum".

But it is a pity that few people know about this village so far, and only about 1000 people visit it at the peak of a day.

In fact, there are many unknown scenic and cultural treasures in China, but they are kept low-key because of insufficient publicity or inconvenient transportation. I sincerely hope that places like Dongli Ancient Village can be known by more and more people. To understand this village, all efforts are made to preserve the memories of the past.
