Re-answer to the Defense of "Three Innovations"

On May 6, 20 19, at about 8 o'clock this morning, I went to the designated classroom to wait for my defense.

The teams participating in the defense should dress neatly and uniformly, and the general requirement is formal dress. Because of my personal habit, I left my suit at home, which led to the need to go home for my suit many times. In this regard, I think we should put the suit in the dormitory closet in the future for future activities.

The defense begins at about 9 o'clock. The defense process is that the assistant plays PPT, and the speaker gives a brief introduction to the entrepreneurial project with PPT as an aid. The time is controlled at 7 minutes. I temporarily added the content of the core business section, which led to overtime. Fortunately, the judges allowed me to finish.

In my speech, the judges mentioned several shortcomings in my speech, and I think my speech skills should also be improved:

1. I am not familiar with the content of PPT and the content of this project, which leads to reading the text on PPT directly.

2. I didn't look directly at the judges and watched PPT for too long.

3. Too close to PPT and too far from the audience in front (i.e. the judges); The narrative effect is not good.

4. Look at the printed memo and leave a positive impression on the judges (especially remember)!

Finally, after the completion of the project presentation, when the judges asked questions about my team's project, my answers and performance had many shortcomings. This is not only a lack of understanding and preparation for the project, but also some other factors. I will make a detailed summary here.

1.ppt production: outline, table of contents and logic are clearly expressed in ppt, and only when they are spoken can they be logical.

2.ppt demonstration: drill in advance; After greeting, tell the judges about the theme and context first, and give the listener a clear and intuitive impression.

? Speak ppt with a laser pen, so that you can leave the projection screen at a certain distance and face the audience directly.

3. defense: note that if you don't make it clear what your entrepreneurial project is, or what concepts or things it is, they may ask questions in the defense session. At this time, you must seize the opportunity to explain clearly, because the jury will give you plenty of time to explain.

? Therefore, we should have a clear understanding of the concept of the project and be able to explain it clearly in simple language.
