Why is Lu Xiansen despised?

Lu Xiansen never imagined that their appearance in "Summer of the Band" would be flatly rejected. As a band that has only been established for a few years, but has already played a special performance in the Workers' Stadium, they have a more brilliant starting point than many predecessors.

However, when the song "Spring Breeze Miles" ended, they did not get the expected high score, and even at the end of the second program, they were close to elimination. In this regard, the band's explanation is that they have been hurt by the "music circle contempt chain".

The point of view of the program group is probably borrowed from Gao's words: "There are well-written works in any style and in any field, and there are stinks. Playing a certain style will not be despised, and it will be very bad. " The implication is that Lu Xiansen got a low score just because they didn't play well.

Is that really the case?

In fact, Lu Xiansen is really not that bad ... but they really shouldn't choose this song.

"Spring Breeze Miles" is indeed their most famous song, but it is really not their best one. Although there are many "signature sentences" in the lyrics, these sentences were signed documents when they were released, but now they sound a little greasy.

In those years (20 13~20 17), China folk songs were in full swing, and sesame leaves and modern sky earned a lot of money. It was during this period that Lu Xiansen made his debut, and he was particularly lucky to catch up. The spring breeze miles are covered by Chris Lee, which makes them very popular as soon as they debut.

However, times have changed and the status of folk songs is not what it used to be. If there is a so-called "music circle contempt chain", it is really not necessarily who despised who in those days.

Of course, if you have listened to Lu Xiansen's later albums, I actually think "Year of China" is much better than their first album, but basically the advantages and disadvantages of the band have been exposed quite obviously in recent years.

First of all, I can't get rid of the hat of the campus band. Even after graduation, I still sing those "green" songs

Therefore, it is not surprising to praise their literature and art (for example, "the song with the best lyrics written so far in the contest") ... because the songs of Lu Xiansen's style are actually completely sexual with the campus folk songs played by Gao Songxiao's Lao Lang in those years.

However, Ye Cheng Campus and Lost Campus are also bands from Beilin. There are almost no campus bands in Nanwu, and Lu Xiansen is still in their comfort zone.

Secondly, the scene and technique of the band have always been problematic. I have seen the scene of Lu Xiansen many times, and their status has always been very general. I wonder if they have become professional bands now. Anyway, they all started as amateurs, so the status of the whole band is really poor, and the skills of the musicians are quite average.

Why does everyone say that Lu Xiansen's songs are routine and nothing new? Because they are really "amateurs" in several music circles, the first one has a lot of tacky songs, and the second one has added many other musical elements, but they can only make do with it.

Finally, there is the issue of popularity. A few years ago, due to the popularity and luck of this folk song, it was understandable that "Spring Breeze Miles" became an explosion. But in this period when indie music is on the rise, not many people will pursue the present style.

This is not a question of "contempt", but people who followed the trend and listened to folk songs will never listen to you again.

In this sense, I don't agree with the so-called "being despised because of poor level". In fact, Lu Xiansen's level has been quite stable, with little progress, but he will never regress.

The key problem is that there are no more large audiences to listen to their music.

Generally speaking, I always think that Lu Xiansen is a band that is seriously overrated. If they continue to play amateur tickets, I think they are very good by amateur standards. Just like the shaman in those days, it is enough to be awed by a group of amateur musicians.

But by the standards of a professional band, Lu Xiansen's luck is far higher than their strength. And unlike some bands that are limited by a short board, Lu Xiansen's problem is that each board is not too long. ...

Of course, according to the tradition of China music circle, with "Ten Miles of Spring Breeze" and later "Year of China", these songs are enough for them to eat for a lifetime.

The key is what Lu Xiansen will think of this failure after this "band summer". Do you still think that you are just hurt by the "music circle contempt chain"? Or are you really honing your skills to meet the transformation of the band?

Do you want to continue to be an amateur band living in the comfortable field? Or make up your mind to grow up in pain?
