What is the relationship between Gundam's heresy in Warring States and Red heresy?

In a word: the red heresy is the prototype of the heresy in the Warring States Period.

The two aircrafts come from different Gundam works, while the red evil is set by the real machine and the pilot, and the Warring States evil is modified by the model of the red evil. There is no real machine and pilot setting, only the model.
