Cai Lin, male, born in 1959, Ph.D., graduated from the Department of Environment and Chemical Engineering of Beijing University of Technology in July, 1984; 1988 1 transferred to the Institute of Population Studies, Renmin University of China, and worked as a lecturer from 1990.
