Movie tidbits of Coco's magic umbrella

Following the animated blockbuster Lotus Lantern, Shanghai Animation Film Studio released the modern urban fairy tale film Cocoa's Magic Umbrella, which reflects the high-tech level.

This modern urban fairy tale film, which consists of real people and animation, was jointly invested by Shanghai Animation Film and Television (Group) Co., Ltd. and the Technology Center of Shanghai General Administration of Culture, Radio, Film and Television for 8 million yuan. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional digital animation stunts last for 20 minutes, and the number and difficulty of stunt shots are great, which is the first time in domestic film production.

Director Peng Xiaolian tried his best to change the conceptual thinking that adults wanted to impose on children when shooting children's films in the past: "This film doesn't necessarily tell the truth, it completely captures the children's ideas, and it's interesting to shoot it." Yin, a 7-year-old girl without any performance experience, became the highlight of the film.

In addition to the combination of traditional stunts and digital stunts, the film also uses advanced equipment such as helicopter aerial photography, remote-controlled elevators, stable cameras, and various shooting methods such as airplane aerial photography. Children's actors' simple performance combined with gorgeous and vivid animation, using SRD and DTS digital sound, will bring new visual and auditory enjoyment to the audience. The film is directed by Peng Xiaolian, photographed by Hu, played by Song Huiru, Wei Zongwan and played by Yin, a 7-year-old pupil. Many interesting lines in the film came from her improvisation.
