If life doesn’t love you, then love it

I once watched a short video about depression, and the eight words touched my heart. "I'm sorry for being a human being."

I'm thinking, what made him lose hope in life? I guess it's life. I still think about how he used to be passionate about life and full of hope, but in the face of criticism from his boss, denial from the outside world, and the pressure he added, he pushed himself into a desperate situation step by step.

If life doesn’t love you, then love it. Nothing in life is smooth sailing. Don't complain about life, treat it with enthusiasm and optimism, and you will have a different life.

Japanese 105-year-old photographer Tsuneko Sasamoto went to work at the age of 71, fell out of love at the age of 96, won an award at the age of 100, and is still creating miracles in her 100s. She treats life with enthusiasm and is full of young soul.
