How to remotely monitor real-time images?

Category: Computer/Network

Problem description:

The company wants to monitor the factory remotely from the office. The requirement is that 3-4 cameras present the scene to the TV screen of the office at the same time. The office is about 30 kilometers away from the factory and can only be connected by broadband. How to operate in the simplest way? Thank you!

Analysis:

If you don't control the cameras (zoom up, down, left and right), you can upload the images of three cameras through ordinary ADSL.

The problem is the background, which is the problem of the 24 real-time pictures you mentioned. I suggest you switch to optical fiber access or upgrade to 8M ADSL.

Each factory uses a four-way network video server to collect camera images to the server, and then connects to Inter through ADSL. There is a set of management software in the background (the server comes with it), which can watch up to 80 images in real time (if the bandwidth allows). Because the bandwidth of 8M ADSL is theoretical, the estimation effect will not be very good, but the requirements are not high or it will be smoother if a group receives 12 pictures.

In order to obtain good image quality, it is best to use optical fiber.

The budget is about: server 2800+500 yuan/Taiwan *3+ cable auxiliary materials construction fee 2000= 5300 per factory.

There doesn't have to be a TV in the background. Wouldn't it be better to display it directly on the computer monitor?

You can contact me if you are interested. I have many cases of optical fiber and ADSL to show you. ***********
