In order to provide a strong guarantee for the city's "Three Innovations" work ideologically and organizationally, the garden department has set up a leading group for the city's "Three Innovations" work, headed by Chen Kaiqiu, director of the Garden Department. The garden department has really formed a work pattern in which the "top leaders" personally grasp, the leaders in charge of the division of labor grasp, each department specifically grasp, and all staff work together.

Since the beginning of the year, around the construction of key projects in urban areas, the garden department has been guided by the garden concept of "unity and hard work, selfless dedication, fine innovation and pursuit of Excellence", rallying strength, enhancing centripetal force and combat effectiveness, and making efforts to increase greening. In view of the relatively single species of main roads, squares and gardens in our city, and the shortage of green plants, in the process of "creating gardens", the garden department has carried out the construction of point, line and area urban green space with road greening as the main body, including parks, squares, garden attractions, units and communities. The renovation of the tour path and the tree planting project in Tianshan Square have also been completed as scheduled, with a total of 778 trees planted, including osmanthus fragrans, Du Ying, Myrica rubra, grapefruit, acacia, Sophora japonica and cherry blossoms. After Sanitation Lane and Xinlian Hotel, 600㎡ green space was added, and the green space on both sides from the south gate of the park to the garden road was transformed to 2000㎡. In order to facilitate citizens to go to Xianshan Park for fitness and mountaineering, and create a comfortable and beautiful leisure environment for citizens, a park background music system with a total length of more than 4,000 meters and 70 speakers of various types has been installed in Xianshan Park recently.

Zuo Quan Road, Lisan Road, Lifan East Road and Qingyan North Road, which were seriously damaged by man-made, were replanted. Up to now, more than 267,000 plants have been replanted, covering an area of 4 167㎡. Zuo Quan Road, Porcelain City Avenue, Qingyun Road, Lisan Road, Lifan East Road and other sections have installed steel wire fence, and now more than 5,200 meters of steel wire fence has been installed. The construction of urban road landscape and scenic spots has been improved and achieved certain results.
